Honestly, buy it — I wasn't expecting much but this turned into one of the best surprise gifts I've ordered. I only had a few grainy photos of my dad's moose antlers and, to be frank, I'd had a couple of rubbish experiences with other personalised gift firms that couldn't make anything work, so I was a bit wary. They picked a scene that actually matched what I had and the print and mug look proper great. My dad spotted his moose straight away and couldn't stop laughing; he shows the mug off whenever he pops round. The team answered my little tweaks, nothing flashy, just a really solid job.
