At first I nearly thought it hadn’t been sent — no updates, no tracking, so I was a bit sceptical given past poor experiences with other firms. Then it turned up, on time and exactly as expected, and I felt relieved. Could be clearer about dispatch notices though.
Relief for a tight deadline
I do bathrooms for a living and had an urgent job after another supplier bailed, so I rang to check stock. They confirmed, I ordered, and when it turned up in 48 hours I actually breathed out — job saved, happy customer.
Towel-and-tools moment
I was standing in a half-stripped bathroom, towel round my waist, wondering if I'd made a mistake. Our old shower had been playing up for months and my back had started to complain, so I bit the bullet and looked for a decent mixer and matching tap. Found a Mira set online and it was the best price I could find, but the tap was out of stock. I emailed customer support, sceptical because I've been let down before. They replied quickly and asked me to wait a few days. A couple of days later someone got in touch to say the tap was back and that, annoyingly, the shower price had gone up by ten quid since my first search — but they immediately refunded the difference to my card. Both items turned up two days after ordering. It was smooth and professional, and the refund was what sold it. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
