8 round cake tin
I ordered the cake tin on 10th November. On 31st November i still haven't received it despite sending 2 emails asking for delivery info. The phone line isn't working either. Not good service, will try to get a refund via my credit card.
Dont order from this company
ordered a pie dish on 31st October. I have had no further contact from this company despite sending numerous emails …the contact phone number is unavailable. The money has gone out of my account . I have asked for a refund if they are unable to fulfil this order. Still no contact is forthcoming. Very sad and disappointed as I’ve bought products from them in the past and always had excellent service .

16 pcs 3 Round Multi Mini Set
Absolutely appalling customer service. I placed my order on the 27th October 2022 and till date have not received a dispatch confirmation nor delivery of the item. I tried contacting them several times on the number they advertise on their page, 0121 4543571 but very conveniently this is unreachable! I’ve also emailed them several times but no acknowledgment of my email let alone a response. I would appreciate it if they can give me a refund for my item. Waste of time!
My bakery was a success
I wanted to start a small bakery for bread. A friend recommended to Silverwood Bakeware and I decided to try them out. This was not without checking other stores to see what they had on offer. Generally, the products from Silverwood Bakeware were cheaper that at some point, I wanted to be sure that they will be of high quality. After reading reviews about the company, I finally opted to buy from the company. I was happy with the swift delivery of the baking pans I ordered for. The pans were well packaged and they were in line with what I ordered for.
