Halfway through cleaning the sofa I realised how light it is — a proper blessing with my dodgy arthritis. Suction's brilliant, little bits pack away neatly. Took a minute to get used to some tools, but overall good value. Wish the cord was longer.
Nearly gave up — pleasantly surprised
I nearly didn't buy this—had a rubbish cleaner before and needed something for stained rugs before moving. I was sceptical about leaks and weight, but those doubts vanished. Proper suction, gets right to the skirting, easy to empty and surprisingly sturdy. Would tell mates, honestly.

superb suction, solid build and it handled a filthy patio like nothing (seriously, better than I expected). My doubts about performance vanished, but then the cleaning‑fluid trigger went stiff and stuck in the on position halfway through a job. Company promised a next‑day replacement, which lifted my mood, but three days later I'm still waiting and now told to wait longer. That slow, unclear aftercare has left me annoyed; I had been about to buy their vacuum too, but not any more — shame, really. Also it's surprisingly quiet in use, which I did like.
