I really liked the clothes from this company, they were super stylish and the website was easy to use. But, I had a bit of a nightmare with the courier they used for deliveries and returns. Trying to sort out a return was a nightmare because of issues with the courier, and it was really frustrating and inconvenient. Now I'm not sure if I want to order from them again in the future.
Quick response web chat
I had a bit of bother with a return so I thought I would jump on the web chat for some assistance. Yusra was really quick to help me out and managed to answer all my questions in under a minute! I've made quite a few purchases from this place in the past and every time the quality has been top-notch and the fit has been spot on. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received this time around, it was absolutely fantastic!
Dress and shoes
I bought a really cute dress and shoes from this place and I was super excited for them to arrive. But after waiting ages for my order, it never showed up. I tried getting in touch with them, but it was like banging my head against a brick wall. They promised to email me updates, but they never did. When I finally got through on the phone, the person I spoke to was no help at all and didn't seem bothered. It was a total nightmare trying to get any information from them. In the end, I just gave up and cancelled my order. I was gutted and won't be shopping there again.
Swimwear purchase
I just wanted to say how happy I am with the swimwear I bought! The sizes were spot on, they had everything in stock, and the delivery was amazing. I usually struggle to find swimsuits that fit well, but this collection was fantastic. The quality is top-notch, and now I'm all set for my holiday. Thank you so much for a great purchase!
Wedding shoes
Really pleased with how quickly they delivered and how straightforward the returns process was. Had to send back a couple of pairs that didn't quite fit right. Third time lucky though, these shoes are absolutely brilliant!
Swim dress
I bought a swim dress for my friend's birthday but it never showed up. I got in touch with them over live chat and had a chat with Ashley. Turns out, the dress was out of stock and there was no word on when it would be back. I requested to cancel the order and went for a pricier one instead. But there's been no confirmation that the initial order was cancelled!
Bikini purchase
I recently bought two bikinis from this shop and I have to say, I am really impressed. The bikinis came exactly as shown, with bright and vibrant colours that really pop. As someone with a large bust and curves, it can be tough to find swimwear that both looks good and provides support, but these bikinis fit perfectly. They covered me well and gave me the lift I needed, while also highlighting my curves in all the right places. Being able to mix and match the pieces to create my own style was a nice bonus. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, so I could buy a few different styles without spending a fortune. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for all my future swimwear needs.
Supersoft clothes, wide leg jumpsuits, jersey dresses
I just adore the quality and variety of clothes in this shop. The supersoft collection is so comfy, and the wide-legged jumpsuits and jersey dresses are not only trendy but also made to suit all body types. It's great to see a brand that caters to plus-size women and provides such stylish choices. I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on!

Black dress for NYE
I recently bought a black dress for New Year's Eve and I was really pleased with how fast it arrived. I placed the order during Christmas and didn't think it would come until the new year, but it actually got here in time for me to wear on NYE. The dress was really nice and fitted me perfectly. I was happy with my purchase overall.
Clothing order cancelled
I was really looking forward to ordering some new clothes online, and I thought I'd found the perfect pieces on this website. Once I placed my order and got the confirmation, I was eagerly waiting for the delivery day. But when that day arrived, I checked my order status and was completely taken aback to see that it had been cancelled out of the blue! How could they just cancel my order without giving me a heads up? I felt so let down, and now I can't even reorder in time for when I needed those clothes.
Tops and jeans
The tops and jeans I bought were completely the wrong size. I got two pairs of jeans in the same size but different colours - one of them was really tight, and the other was fine. The tops looked good, but the sleeves were too tight even though they were meant to be loose and casual. Basically, the sizing was really disappointing and definitely needs to be sorted out.
Cute Clothes
I absolutely adore this place! They've got loads of really cute clothes, and ordering from them is a piece of cake. Their website is a joy to browse, and every item I've ordered has been spot-on. On top of that, the delivery was rapid, and my package turned up safe and sound. I'd definitely suggest this place to all my mates!
Order of £32.24
I bought some clothes for £32.24, but when I looked at my bank account, they had charged me multiple times for each item separately. The total amount was still pending, so I had to call my bank for assistance. Dealing with it was really inconvenient, so I've decided to return my order. I won't be shopping from them again!
Recent clothing purchase
I bought some stuff from this company hoping to spice up my wardrobe. But was gutted when I saw the quality of the clothes. The material was rubbish and the sizes were way off. It was nothing like it used to be. I had to send back almost everything I bought, what a letdown and a total waste of time.
Underwear purchase
I received my order really quickly and was happy with the quality of the items. My purchase was good overall, but I do hope to see less plastic packaging in the future.
