a pain at the start, but in the end it worked out enough for me. I ordered a necklace in a wooden box as a Christmas present for my daughter; only the empty box turned up. I sent a photo, they kept saying the order was complete, and their first offer was a token refund of about a fiver — felt a bit like being fobbed off. I was sceptical, honestly thought it was a scam, but after a couple of firm messages they either resent the pendant or arranged a proper refund — took longer than it should have. My daughter wears the chain now, most days, so it served its purpose. Still wary, and not the smoothest experience, but usable in daily life.
