Thought it was a one-off £4.99 deal since we were mid-move and I needed something temporary. I had my doubts about hidden subs and, annoyingly, cancelling wasn’t straightforward — ended up phoning my bank to block them. In the end I got an email saying they’d cancelled the subscription. Relieved it’s sorted, but it felt like unnecessary faff and stress.
Not what I expected
I started using this in my third month on the plan and my first few days were mild tingling. After switching to the new batch my face flared badly — red, burning patches that wouldn’t settle. I stopped using it three weeks ago and the red spots are still there; feels like an over-strong dose rather than normal adjustment. It’s harsh on the skin, not subtle. Really disappointed, I’d warn others to go very slowly or check the strength first.

Unexpected charge after years
Woke up this morning to a payment I'd never authorised. Odd, because I only used this lot a few years back when I needed help with a move — they were fine then. I had a quick look at their site the other day and saw an old subscription marked 'terminated' — apparently not. Somehow a sum was taken from my account after I clicked around their pages. Annoying and worrying. I've had to ring my bank and block them. Service was okay before, but this subscription mess is poor.
Worth the surprise
Funny really — I only tried these because of a trial through a third party, otherwise I wouldn't have known. I knew I was happy one morning when I woke up and the usual angry redness had calmed right down, that's when I thought, okay, this works. My skin's combination and has been quite red, maybe rosacea, and nothing else from other brands helped like this. They're gentle, feel nice to use, and my skin is softer too. I'll definitely buy again, and I'm planning to test a pack for my daughter as well, fingers crossed.
Good product, poor logistics
It’s a pity because the actual product seems fine — I’ve been using it about eight weeks so results are still to be judged. The problem is delivery. Orders arrive late or not at all. That defeats the point when the subscription is meant to cover 28 days and you suddenly run out. I asked for a redelivery several times. Each time they replied it was 'being processed' and then sent me the same email again, literally the third copy. It’s getting tedious. I’ve had better luck with other companies who at least track parcels properly. In the end I’ve cancelled my subscription. I’m annoyed, but not angry — I just wanted reliability. Customer service felt scripted and slow, with no real answers or helpful options offered.
