    Halfway through the second box I realised the colour was wrong. I needed it for my sister's wedding and after a past botch I was tense. Delivery was fine, arrived on time and packaging good. The dye turned muddy on my light hair, not great at first, but customer service sorted a refund and arranged a salon appointment. Relieved it was fixed, honestly.

    Still waiting months later

    I ordered a replacement part in October and they charged me straight away, yet here we are in December with nothing. I use the item every day for work, so the delay has been annoying rather than just inconvenient. I’ve emailed and rung multiple times (left voicemails, sent follow-ups) and after I contacted the marketplace they issued a claim number to pass to the seller. I did that, but no reply, no callback and the tracking oddly says 'delivered' somewhere. Pretty fed up — either send the product or give me a refund.

    Wrong bottle, dodgy pump

    what arrived isn't the Oway Curly Portion I used before. Back then it was a thick, fragrant serum that actually defined my semi-curly hair. This time the bottle contains a thin, alcoholic-smelling liquid that does nothing for curl. It sloshed around in the glass, so I opened it and the pump won't go back on. Can't replace the plunger. Tried emailing and searching the site. There's no clear contact, and the invoice bluntly states "All Sales Final." No return policy listed. Paid $36.96 and feel a bit ripped off. I could live with a dud product if returns were easy, but they aren't. Annoying, really.

    Properly impressed, despite a wobble

    I only picked this up because a mate nagged me to try it. Saw a bottle on her shelf and thought, why not. First shampoo I’ve kept using for weeks. It feels thick, but not gloopy. Lathers quickly and you don’t need loads — I learnt that after a few wasteful tries. Hair comes out softer, not OTT silky, just nicer and more manageable on damp days. The scent is fresh, subtle, not cloying, though it does fade a bit by the evening. Bottle is handy in the shower, grip’s good, though the cap was a tad stiff at first. Delivery was a bit slow; I waited longer than I expected and had to nudge them once. Customer service replied eventually, a bit sparse on details, but polite. Packaging arrived crushed at one corner, nothing leaked, so all fine. I like the small size option too — good for a trial without committing. Would I buy again? Yes. It’s not magic and it won’t fix every tangle, but it does the job well and feels nice to use. Glad my mate pushed me. Fair value for what you get.

    Needed it Saturday, got it Monday

    Clock read 10pm when I hit purchase. I was sceptical — needed the dye for Saturday and the site offered an express two‑day option. They collected the order the next morning, which sounded promising. By Friday nothing had moved though, and I asked customer service. They kept assuring me it would be with me on Saturday. Saturday passed. It arrived on Monday, two days late. I’d paid extra for express, roughly the same again as the order itself. Asked for the shipping fee back today. No refund. Their site blames Covid‑19, which felt like a default excuse rather than an explanation. First impression of the product is fine. The delivery and support let it down. Probably won’t use them again.
