Ski boots purchase
I recently bought a pair of ski boots from an online store and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole experience. The boots were listed as 'refurbished' but when I got them, they looked almost brand new and seemed like they had been tried on less than boots in a physical store. It did take a bit longer than I expected for them to arrive in the UK, about 10 days from when I ordered. However, the postage cost was very reasonable, especially considering how heavy the package was. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this online store to others. I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future.
PETZL Nao RL Headlight Black One Size
I recently bought the PETZL Nao RL Headlight in Black, One Size from this company and I have to say, the whole process went really smoothly. Volkl Race Tiger SC skis
I recently bought a pair of Volkl Race Tiger SC skis from this company and I'm really pleased with how it all went down. I ordered them on a Sunday and got confirmation pretty sharpish. Then, out of the blue, the next day I got a message saying they were on their way. Lo and behold, the skis turned up just three days later, on Thursday. The packaging was top-notch and the skis were spotless when they arrived. I'm really impressed with how well this company handled everything. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I bought this really cool ski jacket online from SnowInn, and they were great at keeping me updated until it reached the UK. However, things took a turn when the Royal Mail got involved - they didn't update their tracking system and didn't provide a delivery time slot. This meant I had to take a day off work just to sit around and wait for the parcel, which only arrived at 4.40pm. Not the best experience, Royal Mail!

I had an awful time trying to return some unworn ski pants to SnowInn. I sent them back on the 24th of April and they were delivered by the 29th, but it's now the 13th of May and I still haven't heard anything back about getting a refund. I even tried contacting their support via email, but I didn't get any reply. It's just not on to treat customers like this, they need to up their game when it comes to communication and customer service.
Safety equipment purchase
As a customer, I recently bought safety gear from this company and I have to say, my experience was really disappointing. The equipment I got wasn't up to scratch and I had doubts about how safe it was. Even though I raised this issue with the company many times over a few months, they haven't done anything to fix it. Bought a skihelmet
I bought a ski helmet on the website and it was really cool because I could shop from various European shops all in one place. I ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday. The shop in Spain sent it all the way to Holland, which was pretty quick. The prices were reasonable too, so I was pleased with that.
Ski pants purchase
SnowInn went and took my money even though they didn't have the ski pants in stock. They ended up cancelling my order after a whole week and it took them ages to give me my money back. I had to wait for the refund before I could order the ski pants I actually wanted from a different company. It was such a pain and hassle that could have been avoided. I wouldn't recommend SnowInn to anyone.
Quick pickups
The delay in changing the pickup point was really frustrating. It took them a whole 2 days to sort it out even though I was already where I needed to be. It was a real inconvenience and I had to move things around to make it work. The fact that such a simple request took so long to process is a bad look for the customer service team - they really need to be quicker.

Online ski purchase
I recently purchased a pair of Head eSL skis, but when they arrived, the bindings were not assembled as advertised. When I placed the order online, I entered all the necessary information like my weight, boot size in mm, and ski level, but it seemed pointless because I still got the bindings separately. I had to put them together myself, which was quite a hassle. To add to the frustration, there were no instructions in the box with the bindings, just a brochure for mountain ski bindings - a total disaster. When I tried to contact Snowinn through their website, there was no specific option for my issue of "Skis delivered with unassembled bindings". They asked for photos of the damage to the items, even though there was no damage, which was confusing. Overall, I've decided I won't be buying from Snowinn again after this experience.
Extensive product selection
I've been shopping at this online store since December 2023 and I've bought a variety of items, all of which have been good quality. They have a wide range of products and their prices are competitive. However, the only thing that bothers me is how long it takes for my orders to arrive, sometimes up to a week. Another thing that I find frustrating is that if the price of an item goes down after I've bought it, they don't automatically give me a refund for the difference. Instead, I have to go through the hassle of returning the item and buying it again at the lower price. Because of these inconveniences, I would rate the store 3 stars.
