I got the summer weight double duvet from this shop and it came very quickly and safely. I chose it because it's made from wool and cotton, as I have quite sensitive skin. Even though it's a bit heavier than a full cotton duvet, I don't really notice the difference. Ever since I started using it a few weeks ago, I've been sleeping really well. There's a slight smell of wool, but it doesn't bother me one bit. All in all, I'm really happy with this duvet.
4ft mattress protector
I've finally found a mattress protector that fits my 4ft small double bed and keeps me cool. I bought the Soak and Sleep “Coolmax” protector and it's fantastic - so good, in fact, that I ended up buying another one for convenience. It's thick, comfy, and really does keep me cooler during the night. I highly recommend it.
Down pillow purchase
I bought a down pillow from this company recently and the first one I got was disappointingly flat. But when I got in touch with their customer service, they were fantastic and quickly sent me two replacement pillows filled with feathers that were much fluffier. Not only did they give me great customer service, but they also refunded me the price difference. I was really impressed with how well they looked after me and guided me through the whole thing.
mattress protector
I've got to say, this mattress protector is absolutely fantastic! It really helps me stay nice and cool at night and doesn't get all crumpled up on my bed, which is just great. It's super comfy to sleep on too because it's so nicely cushioned. And the best thing is, it doesn't even cost that much, so it's totally worth the money. The whole buying process was really easy and the delivery came super quickly. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
Summer fitted sheets and new duvet
I was in need of some new sheets and a duvet for the summer because my old ones were looking a bit worse for wear. I've ordered from this place before and always been happy with what I got, so I decided to give them another go. The sheets are really lovely and they feel nice and cool to sleep in, plus the duvet is incredibly soft. It was a bit on the expensive side, but I reckon it's going to last me a lifetime, so it's definitely worth the investment.
Duvet cover with ties instead of buttons
I bought a duvet cover from an online shop recently, but when it arrived, I realised it wasn't what I thought I was getting. I thought I was getting one with buttons, but it actually had ties. This mix-up wouldn't have happened if the description and photos were clearer and more accurate. I sent it back on 20th May as instructed, but it's been more than two weeks, and I still haven't got my money back. They told me I'll have to wait until next week for the refund, which I think is really bad. The delay and lack of information about the return process have left me feeling really unhappy with my whole shopping experience. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
Pillows
I bought some pillows online not long ago, and I have to say, I am really pleased with how it all went. The website was so easy to use and had loads of different options to choose from, catering to different budgets. Ordering them was quick and simple, no problems at all choosing and buying the ones I liked.
Hypoallergenic bedding
I just bought some hypoallergenic bedding from this company, and I must say, I'm really happy with it. The sheets are a bit bigger than usual, which is good as they fit my comforter perfectly. I haven't washed them yet, so can't say how they hold up, but they seem to be really good quality. The customer service was excellent too, they sorted out my mistakes when ordering quickly. I liked that they kept me updated and in the loop throughout the whole buying process. All in all, I'm really pleased with how it all went.
Thick pillow protectors
These pillow protectors are really thick, which is fab for keeping your pillows safe, but it does mean they take ages to dry after a wash. It's a bit of a pain if you need them again in a hurry, so I had to get another pack to switch them out and make laundry day simpler. Despite that little hiccup, the protectors are top quality and super soft.
Organic cotton, Tencel, and hemp bedding
I treated myself to some lovely sustainable bedding from this store and I have to say, it's amazing. The Posh Easycare collection is like sleeping on a cloud, the organic cotton and Tencel make them so incredibly soft. The hemp sheet is a game changer, it's so comfortable to sleep on. Plus, the fact that they're environmentally sustainable just makes them even better. Ordering was easy and my package arrived quickly. I'm thrilled with my purchase.
