I recently bought a treadmill from your company, and I must say it's been quite disappointing. When it arrived, the packaging was all battered and some important parts were broken. To top it off, the instructions were in a language I didn't understand, which made putting it together a nightmare. Then, when I tried to use it, I had trouble downloading the app and changing the program. And don't even get me started on trying to lubricate the belt without any English instructions! Sadly, the state the treadmill arrived in means I can't even send it back. I would suggest to others to steer clear of buying from you, as the product quality and customer support were both seriously lacking.
Massage table purchase
I bought a massage table from this company not too long ago and it didn't go well. The table didn't match the details on the website so I sent it back right away, expecting my money back. But shockingly, the company won't give me a refund even though the courier says they got the table back. Their customer service is just terrible and I really recommend avoiding this company.
Bike rack purchase
I got myself a bike rack that was on sale and it turned out to be a really good deal. The delivery went without a hitch and was stress-free. When I had some queries about how to install it, the customer service team were so helpful. They really went the extra mile by giving me photos, videos, and prompt replies. I can honestly say it was a brilliant experience overall.
Gym equipment purchase
The delivery of the gym equipment was okay, considering everything going on with the pandemic. However, I've had some problems with the product itself. I've sent a few emails about a small amount of damage to a steel part, but I haven't heard back yet, which is really annoying. Not being able to use the gym equipment properly has made me doubt if it was worth buying. The way they've handled my questions has been pretty poor, and I'm really hoping for a solution soon.
Pool table
I bought a pool table from this company recently. I was a bit let down when it didn't turn up on the Friday like it was meant to because of problems with the courier. But they really made up for it by sorting out a delivery for the Saturday, even though I had to fork out extra money for it. I really needed the table for an event on Monday, so I was thankful for their fast action and flexibility. The table itself is top-notch quality and I'll definitely think about buying from them again in the future.
Bodytrain treadmill purchase
I recently bought a Bodytrain treadmill and, to be honest, my experience with them was awful. Firstly, the treadmill I got was faulty, and it was a nightmare trying to contact customer service. It took them a whole week to respond to my email, which is just not on when you've got a dodgy product. The customer service I got was nothing short of disappointing.
Trampoline
Avoid!! Purchased a trampoline at the end of March for our daughters birthday.. It arrived late and when we came to build it found that we couldn't. 3 sections of the frame were missing along with (unbelievably) the jump mat and a broken clip that holds the safety net up. Long story short they say they have ordered the parts, we haven't received a tracking no and in spite of numerous emails they have gone quiet. Conveniently their call centre is closed due to 'Covid' so communication is less than satisfactory. I have asked for our complaint to be escalated to a manager and for them to contact me regarding collection of the faulty item and a refund.. I refuse to pay to send something back that is not fit for purpose! If they resolve the issue I will change my review but having now read some of the others I'm not holding my breath..
I would not buy from this company again.. please ignore the yes!
**Update** We received the parts for the trampoline we purchased and have been able to build it resulting in one very happy little girl! However, I still wouldn't recommend this company as their customer service is something else! If you want that warm, fuzzy feeling you get from feeling valued then I would go somewhere else!
Treadmill
AVOID THIS COMPANY WORST SERVICE EVER THEY FIRST DELIVERED A FAULTY DAMAGED ONE AFTER DAYS OF COMPLAINING THEY AGREED TO SEND NEW ONE OUT IT NEVER ARRIVED AND THEY USE COVID AS AN EXCUSE TO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH DX THE DELIVERY COMPANY AS THEY LIED AND SAID THE SECOND TREADMILL WAS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE AS MY DAUGHTER WAS WITH ME ON THE DAY OF ALLEGED DELIVERY IM OUT IF POCKET BY OVER £313 HAVE SENT IVER 50 EMAILS AND GETTING NO WHERE HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT TO TRADING STANDARDS HAVE TRIED TO GIVE NO STAR RATING BUT THIS SYSTEM ONLY ALLYOU TO GO TO 2 STARS THIS COMPANY DESERVE NONE
Hillman golf trolley
Ordering and delivery acceptable, however part of order is missing, sent several emails with no replies, very poor customer service. All I want is an answer to if and when missing item will arrive. Very rude not answering
Rowing machine
Purchased a rowing macine before lockdown. Didnt know it was broken until it was put together. After numerous emails to the company had no response so i had to go through my credit card company to get my refund. Now waiting
Multi-gym
Terrible company. Waited months for delivery of a multi-gym and when it finally arrived it has missing parts so I have £599 of scrap metal. Company not answering emails and no phone number available. Dispute raised with credit card and reclaiming money. I would give zero stars if possible ..... borderline fraud!
**update** today I recieved all my money back via my bank Barclays, I only have a visa debit/current account with them so I didnt think they would be able to help. I contacted them last week via their Facebook messages, they advised me what to do on my online banking, I recieved money today.
Step Machine
Purchased this back on April. Arrived fast but had a fault. This is where the service etc went downhill fast.
Very poor communication and still waiting for a refund which they said would be 10 days and still no money back. Lies.
