I'd avoid ordering from them for now. I ordered twice for running kit I use most days and both times they sent the wrong size, which was really annoying — I rely on the kit for evening runs. The site seems to show stock that isn't actually there, they just send something else and hope you won't notice. A quick email saying 'out of stock' would save everyone time. I called and messaged but no reply, which felt rude. Shame, could've been handy, but not working for me.
Good cushion, awful delivery
I bought this because my aching lower back needed extra support after a move. The cushion itself is ok — comfy and firm enough, did what I needed — but getting it was a nightmare. No commercial invoice, parcel stuck in customs for over a week, and I had to contact the courier myself and send the invoice. Customer service told me to wait ten working days. Product worked in the end, but the shipping hassle was a dealbreaker.
Felt useful, but let down
I actually liked how the item felt in the hand — decent weight, soft finish and it worked fine for a few days. It was clearly made well enough in places, comfortable to use and not cheap-feeling. Trouble started when a fault appeared after only a little use. I needed it so I kept it, but then tried to sort it with the seller. Sent photos, a short description, did exactly what they asked. Then silence, and when they finally replied it was like they hadn’t read any of it. The answer ignored the evidence and picked a solution that didn’t make sense. That whole back-and-forth was clunky and slow. Delivery was also later than expected, which annoyed me. If you’re thinking of buying, check the lead times and maybe ask about their returns process first. Bit disappointed, really — useful product, but poor follow-up.
