I ordered NR‑Cl supplements for my morning routine — I rely on them to get through work days — and paid over £300 on 11 February, but the parcel never arrived and at first I thought the whole thing had vanished. There was a welcome email, yes, but no proper order confirmation, and despite sending proof of the bank debit and chasing several times my messages were ignored; the site's chat even showed "not seen". After a fair bit of pestering they eventually refunded me, so I'm relieved and grateful it was sorted, but it was unnecessarily stressful and I'd expect much better communication next time.
Kept me on board
Overall, I’m happy enough to carry on with this — renewed my subscription after the first month. I’d been wary about spending on a relatively new brand, but I gave it a go. The renewal wasn’t automatic; they sent an invoice to approve, which I actually liked — quick and straightforward. I use the product in my morning routine and notice little improvements at work and during the afternoon slump (not dramatic, but real). It may take longer to tell properly, but my daughter’s started ordering too, so that was a nice surprise.
Works fine but check the dates
useful product, just be careful about stock and expiry. Last year an order was delayed and customer service were quick and polite, said they'd send a discount for the wait, and then never did despite me chasing a couple of times. More recently delivery was quick, but the batch had only about six months before expiry and I won't use them all for eight months, so I ended up returning them and paying the return postage. Bit annoying, a bit messy, but otherwise OK. I'd buy again if they sorted expiry info on the website and handled stock checks better.
Hiccup with my subscription, but sorted
Midway through my third month I actually checked the order—because I needed something to help nagging back pain and low energy after a hectic move—and thought, hang on, that discount didn't come off. I've been buying NMN from Nadiol for a while and signed up to the subscription to save a bit, so being charged $166.79 instead of $134.19 felt wrong. I was sceptical, braced for poor replies, messaged them and waited. It took months of back-and-forth and a few awkward exchanges, but they eventually refunded the difference. Delivery was prompt and packaging fine, which helped. Still a bit pricey, but relieved and pleased they sorted it in the end — might give the sub another go.
Late delivery, slow replies but refund in the end
I was standing at my kitchen table, tea gone cold, when I finally got an answer — after a month of silence. I’d ordered three bits for my back after a bad move left me with twinges, so I really needed them, wanted them to help with the bruised muscles and all that. Tracking on their site was useless, chats went unread and emails felt like they vanished. I rang the courier myself and found out the parcel had been sent back. The company’s website had an address that didn’t actually exist, which was annoying and worrying. Still, after a bit of pushing (and a chargeback through my bank) I did get my money back; not quick, not smooth, but it worked in the end. Customer service was patchy, delivery was a mess, and I felt ignored for a while. Would I order again? Probably cautious — price was fine, but I’d only risk it if I had time to chase things.
Tampered seal, poor follow-up
By the time I got round to complaining it felt like I was replaying the same scene. I’d seen the capsules on a health forum and a mate told me they’d worked for him, so I bought two bottles in December — felt a bit unsure beforehand, to be honest, but figured it was worth a try. The doubts didn’t vanish when one bottle arrived with the security seal clearly disturbed. I emailed, sent photos, got an automated reply and then nothing useful. I tried to sort it through my card issuer later, but missed a deadline for details so that route closed too. The bottles expired a few months after that and I never opened them. They only resurfaced in my inbox a year later with discount offers — odd, given they ignored my report about damaged goods. I still have the bottles and the messages if anyone wants to see. It’s left me wary rather than reassured; I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the lack of human response speaks louder than the adverts. A dry, disappointing experience overall.
