Stylevana sells authentic asian beauty products for a competitive price and good quality. On the website I have a status of superfan because I have ordered 3 times and spent a lot of money and I am going to buy again.
The first time I ordered, my products shipped within 3 days and delivered within 2 weeks to the UK and I was pleasant with this. However the 2nd time I ordered it took about 2-3 months to ship but the delivery period was about 2 weeks. The 3rd time I ordered it took 1 month to ship and 2 weeks to deliver.
With Stylevana when you buy a product on the website it might be out of stock therefore the shipping period will take ages since they are restocking it; which is such a shame. I would suggest buying in bulk if you aren't patient for small orders.
I must admit the customer service is terrible but the products are 100% real and the best prices I could find on the market. I recommend Stylevana if you are patient.A LOT

I have placed a huge order on the 19th of April and not only did I not received it but I have been trying to contact customer service constantly and they never reply back. It is so disrespectful. I don't believe I will receive my products or a refund. Do not recommend whatsoever.Beauty products
Run away this is a scam ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I never receive anything send them 1000 emails always got the same automatic answer, I ask for refund same always the same answer. Don't loose your money! This is a big scam, they delete all the comment in their Facebook page, as I spooked with many people like me ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I made order on 24th November. Gave me a tracking number but no idea when the products were to be expected. Now it shows my order was complete but i have not received anything. Tried contacting them but no answer only automated message. No one ever gets back to you for anything whatsoever .

Don't bother, your order won't arrive and they will not respond to contact.
I placed an order on 21st August - everything was marked as in stock and able to dispatch within 24 hours, and the website says once dispatched will be delivered within 8-10 days.
I contacted them on 16th September to cancel as it had NOT YET BEEN DISPATCHED. I've since found out they ship from China which explains the long ship time. Three days later, they apologised and offered to add some freebies for me to keep the order, which I declined as I wanted the items for a specific event and they would not arrive in time now. A few hours later I got an email that it had been dispatched, but didn't hear from the customer service again.
I contacted again on 7/10, 17/10 and 25/10 asking for updates with zero response. When I click the tracking link, it says "we're expecting your parcel at Evri" and has said that for 5 weeks now. It's been 9 weeks since my order was placed.
Hilariously bad service. I'm posting here in the hopes they will finally give me my money back before I start a chargeback with my bank.Sunscreen, make up etc
Worst experience I've ever had in my life. I have been waiting for 6 months for my order to arrive. They lost my cargo and they keep telling me to wait. No refunds, no reshipping, no apologies. It's a scam and unreliable site. It's almost time to move the issue to my lawyer. I do not recommend anyone living in the UK to shop with these scammers

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I paid extra for insured shipping and they sent me a smashed bottle that soaked the rest of my shipment. I sent 6+ emails over the course of a month (falsely assuming they would honor the "insured" shipment) and received no response whatsoever. ((this was also by no means a "cheap"/inexpensive order))
I then sent msgs and made public comments on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media. They finally responded with automated/public responses on Facebook, promising to accelerate my complaint/to send me an email within 1-2 hrs, but nothing has happened.
Assume if something goes wrong with your shipment, they will not respond or fix the problem (even if you pay extra for the shipping insurance).Beauty products
Very poor customer service
The parcel never arrived — it has now been more than a month. I sent 7 letters of inquiry, and support still did not do anything to solve my problem. They keep on promising to "inquire" in every letter, but never come back to you with any information.

Well-priced compared to other sites and it was buy-one-get-one-free. Surprise free gift was a nice touch.
The only slight issue was they weren’t transparent about the fact that they ship from Hong Kong, or how long it would take. Waited three weeks in the end.BWSVUKA130051245
I’ve got the worst experience ever with this company. Nobody replies my email. No sign of the product has been shipped. It’s been nearly a month. Give my money back
