Undelivered Beauty Products
I'm really disappointed with the customer service from this company. I've been trying to get help with my order that never showed up, but I haven't had any luck. I ordered some beauty products worth 120 euros on 9th April, but the courier didn't deliver them. I checked the delivery status and saw that the parcel was sent back to the supplier. I've sent four tickets and six emails since the expected delivery date, but no one has got back to me. I'm feeling frustrated and let down by their lack of communication and support. All I want is for my order to be delivered or to get a refund for the products that never made it to me.
Variety, excellent pricing, desktop website.

I'm a customer at Stylevana and I goofed by ordering the wrong item, so I had to cancel my order right away. The problem is, my debit card was already charged the next day, even after cancelling. Since then, I've been waiting patiently for my refund to go through. It's been more than a week now, seven business days have gone by, and I still haven't got any confirmation about my refund. I'm pretty bummed out about this delay because I was hoping this issue would get sorted out quicker. I'm really looking forward to getting my refund soon so I can carry on shopping at Stylevana in the future.
$125 order
I don't get it, you know? I just wanted my order to arrive on time. I spent $125 on it, double-checked everything was available, but what happened? Endless delays and excuses that belong in a soap opera. The warehouse took forever to send it out, then the carrier decided to take a leisurely stroll. My package has traveled more than I have this month. And why did it have to detour to New Jersey before coming back to me? It took so long, I could have flown to the moon and back!
Misleading discount experience
I wanted to let you know about a disappointing experience I had when I was shopping on your website. I saw some great discounts and low prices being advertised, but when I tried to make a purchase, the coupons didn't work and I had to pay the full price. It's not fair on us shoppers and it can give a bad impression of your company.

At first, they said they understood the problem, but then they went all quiet on me. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but didn't get any updates on my products or any kind of refund. I would recommend being careful and finding a different website that's more reliable and customer-focused for your shopping needs.

I bought two skincare products recently, a black rice toner and a peach c glow makeup base. They arrived pretty quickly, just two weeks after I ordered them. I recently bought eight bottles of niacinamide 20 from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed. The prices were lower than anywhere else I had looked and the packaging was top-notch. I had such a great time browsing the website! They had loads of cool Korean skincare products at really good prices. The stuff I bought was top-notch quality and I managed to snag some awesome deals too. The only downside was that the shipping was a bit slow. The first time I ordered, everything was fine with just 2 things. But then I got greedy and decided to order more stuff, which turned out to be a big mistake. There have been so many problems with the order, and it looks like a lot of other people have experienced the same issue too. It's been two weeks now and my stuff still hasn't arrived. I was under the impression that everything was in stock and ready to ship, but it turns out not to be the case. I can't seem to get any help from customer service either. Complete scam! I had to resort to asking my bank for a chargeback. Definitely won't be shopping here again!
