I was after a proper authentic tee after a couple of dodgy buys, and the parcel finally turned up — bit later than I hoped, but honestly it was worth the wait. Customer chat was dead helpful while I picked sizes, so pretty chuffed indeed today.
Quick delivery, decent shirt
Bought a Barcelona kids' shirt for my nephew and used it straightaway at a weekend match. Delivery was quick and the print looks sharp, though the sleeves are a touch long — not a big deal. Overall happy, would order again, probably next time.
Not bad for a long shot

Pleasantly surprised after a shaky start
I ordered late August and had to cancel the next day. At first I was a bit anxious, messaged support and they replied quicker than I expected. They confirmed the refund and I actually saw it back on my card within three days. That’s when I was properly pleased. First impression was that they care. Small hiccup, but sorted, so happy overall.
Saved the top, eventually
I was about to ditch the whole personalised top after Puma sent the wrong name — bit of a panic before Christmas. A mate told me about Subside Sports; I ordered replacement letters, they arrived in three days and sorted it. Cost about £1 a letter, which is way less faff than returning the whole shirt. Still a bit annoyed about the mix-up, but job done.
Mostly pleased, with a caveat
fast email replies and they even picked up when I phoned, rare these days. Small gripe: felt a bit pricey and packaging could've been neater, but glad it worked out.
Wrong parcel, turned out alright
return slip all in German and they wanted me to cover postage. Still, after a bit of back-and-forth they sent the correct items and honestly I was impressed — the badge looked better than the pictures. The moment the right kit arrived, I relaxed; quality was as expected.

Strange mix of good stuff and a messy delivery
I’ve bought from them a few times and actually liked the gear — quality’s fine and ordering is easy — so I was a bit surprised by how this went wrong. I placed an order on 21 July and nothing’s moved for nearly three weeks. Customer service told me to “wait longer” and even insisted the parcel was bound for South America. Thing is, it’s actually going to Mexico, which is not the same, and Mexico usually gets packages much quicker — two to three weeks tops, rarely a month. That mismatch made me think they hadn’t checked the details properly. I’m quite annoyed because it’s meant to be a gift and I ordered in advance for a reason. I did keep my cool with the rep, Sarah Jenkins, but her suggestion didn’t really help. I’m still hopeful they’ll sort it — they’ve been reliable before, and I’d like them to pull this back together. A clearer answer and a bit more urgency from customer service would fix 90% of this. If they sort it now I’ll carry on buying, if not, I’ll have to look elsewhere next time.
Quiet start, good finish
decent weight, soft on the inside, seams seem solid and the personalised number came out sharp. Fit was spot on, and after one gentle wash they held up fine (phew). Tip for others — don't wait ages on email, give them a call if it's late. I was worried for a bit, but honestly pleased with how they sorted it and how the shirts look.

Football shirt purchase
Absolutely dreadful customer experience. I ordered a football shirt on the 20th of November and it's been over a month now with no sign of it being sent out. I've tried to contact their customer service representative "Kenny" several times for an update, but all I've gotten is silence and arrogance. Feels like a complete scam to be honest. When I asked for a refund, the guy was incredibly rude and basically just told me to keep waiting. It's such a laughable excuse for a business and I wouldn't want anyone to go through this awful experience.
Out-of-stock shirt purchase
I really needed to get my hands on this specific shirt that I couldn't find anywhere, but as a last-ditch effort, I checked out this website. And guess what? They had it in stock! I ended up ordering it on a Monday, feeling a bit unsure if they really had it or not. But I thought why not give it a shot. I decided to email their support team just to make sure, and surprisingly, within half an hour, they replied saying they've set one aside for me and it will be shipped out that same day. Lo and behold, two days later, on Wednesday, the shirt arrived right on time. I was over the moon with the amazing service!
Overpriced merchandise compared to other brands
It's a bit of a rip-off, paying so much more for the same product when you can find it cheaper elsewhere. Some sizes cost over £30 more than other top brands, which is honestly ridiculous. Plus, the discount codes they give out don't even work, so you're still stuck paying £85 for your purchase - and that doesn't even include delivery charges! It's really frustrating for us consumers to be taken advantage of like this.
Autistic son's football shirt

I wasn't sure at first about ordering from a foreign website like Subsidesports, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. It was all very easy, and I got my Real Madrid shirt in just over a week. I was really impressed with the service I received, it definitely made a good impression on me.
Expensive faulty jersey
I spent quite a bit on buying this football shirt with a name and number on the back, only for it to all come off after just an hour! I'm really disappointed about it.
