they fitted well, felt sturdy and quickly became my go-to for commuting and lazy weekends. So I placed a second order on 25 November for three shirts (about £128). By 16 December nothing had shipped and, despite messaging customer support four or five times and asking for a refund, I got no proper reply. It's a shame because the kit itself felt great, but the radio silence from support makes the whole experience unreliable. I wouldn't risk ordering again just now.
Dodgy trousers, dodgier service
I ordered two pairs of trousers because I fancied the techwear look and wanted them quick. One arrived and it was nothing like the photos — cheap material, sloppy stitching, basically a knock‑off; not even close to what was advertised. The second hasn't shipped and despite several emails (and a call) customer service haven't bothered to respond or cancel it. Tracking info was vague or missing, so delivery felt unreliable. I've dealt with other shops that sort returns and reply within a day, so this was a real step down. I'm trying to send the bad pair back but I suspect I'll just have to eat the cost. Live and learn.
PayPal palaver
give this shop a wide berth. I ordered bits for my little home office and a couple of kitchen gadgets I actually use every day, so when two orders totalling roughly $300 disappeared it was a proper pain. They’d shown items as in stock, then went quiet. I sent e-mails — polite, then a bit annoyed — and heard nothing. In the end I had to open a PayPal dispute to get the cash back. Oddly, PayPal actually moved faster than the retailer and refunded me, though I lost conversion fees and time, which is annoying. The strange thing: some other items did arrive from them, so it wasn’t total chaos, just flaky handling. Not great for anyone who needs things when they need them. I’d rather they were honest up front.
