be cautious — the "winter jacket" in the bundle isn't a proper winter coat, though the company did eventually make things right. I bought a package deal with a sweater and what was labelled a winter jacket, advertised as a big discount (around 1600 SEK). The jacket was thin, barely warm, so calling it a winter coat felt misleading. The site also has odd translations here and there, which doesn't help trust. At first they wanted me to cover the return postage, which annoyed me, but after a complaint they refunded that fee and customer support was helpful and polite. Still, marketing and product description need work — clearer photos and temperatures would help. I'd buy again with caution, or at least double-check what "winter" actually means.
Quietly satisfied suits
double-check sizing, mine ran slightly large.
Small wins, few hiccups
I’ve ended up buying from them a couple of times now — bits for commuting and the odd weekend outfit — and overall I’m quite pleased. The fabrics breathe, there’s a bit of stretch, so I can cycle to work without feeling boxed in. The blazer I got is fine, though the vent could do with a tweak; I keep thinking it’d sit better with a slightly different cut. What slows me down is stock — half the colours or sizes I want aren’t always there, so I’ve had to compromise a few times. The website can be a bit sluggish and fiddly, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Delivery gave me a minor headache because I missed the tiny pickup instructions for the UPS Access Point, though customer service quickly helped rearrange collection. Not perfect, but I’ll keep ordering.
That awkward gift-card saga that actually finished okay
new clothes, sensible fit, not another online gamble. The first parcel arrived on time and I remember thinking “alright, that’s promising” until I tried everything on. One item didn’t fit, the second was just... wrong. Too tight in the shoulders, weird on the collar. Classic online misread of the sizing chart, which I swore I’d read properly but obviously hadn’t.
good clothes, poor follow-through
jumper for the commute, trousers for odd client meetings, that sort of thing. So product-wise, not a disaster. But the whole returns and customer service ordeal has frankly taken the shine off it.
