I came across this website by chance and I'm so pleased I did. I've been a loyal customer ever since, especially for my scented candles. Christmas order
I can't recommend Temptation Gifts UK enough. I've placed two Christmas orders with them and both times everything went smoothly. The gifts were beautifully wrapped and the second one, which was a present, arrived with the recipient in less than 24 hours. I ordered on the 22nd of December and it was delivered on the 23rd of December - incredible! The staff who make this happen deserve all the credit for their exceptional service. Temptation Gifts UK is now one of my top online stores, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
China mugs
I recently bought a set of really nice china mugs from this company, but sadly, I wasn't very happy with how things turned out. When my order arrived, I was so surprised to see that on top of the delivery cost, FedEx hit me with a big €21 customs charge for a delivery from the UK to Ireland. The customs charge was almost as much as the mugs themselves, which was really annoying. Even though I told the company that I didn't want the mugs anymore because of these unexpected charges, they still turned up at my door. Not listening to customer requests and not taking into account the extra customs charges made me think less of this company overall. I was even more upset when FedEx got a collections agency involved to ask for payment, making me feel annoyed and harassed. I would advise other buyers to watch out for these potential hidden charges and practices when buying from this company.
Jelly Cat items
I can't find any faults with the shop, mate. I've ordered loads of Jelly Cat stuff from them and it's been great every time. The prices are really good and fair, they communicate with you well, and the delivery is excellent. I've never had any issues with them, so I'm really happy with everything.

I ordered a load of gifts from this place and the prices were amazing. I got a really good deal on everything. The delivery was really speedy, but a couple of the items arrived a bit damaged. However, their customer service team was fantastic! I contacted them and they were really helpful and understanding. They sent out replacements the very next day without any trouble at all. Their service is top-notch! I will definitely be using this company again. Absolutely brilliant!
Christmas present replacement
I just wanted to share about a problem I had with a Christmas gift I bought from this company. The customer service I got was really top-notch. I got in touch with them the other day about the issue, and I heard back from a guy called Roby in no time. He was so helpful and sorted everything out for me by sending a replacement. I was really impressed by how quickly and efficiently they dealt with it. Top marks to the whole team at this company for the great service!

I had a little hiccup when I bought a Dunoon mug last week, but the customer service team were on it and sorted it out in no time. Rebecca was a star and fixed everything quickly. I was really impressed with how professional and efficient they were. Even though I was a bit disappointed at first, the fantastic customer service completely turned things around and now I feel really happy with the service I received.
2 jugs
I ordered two jugs but only received one because they didn't have enough in stock. The one I did get was damaged and they don't have a spare. I now have to wait for them to get the damaged one back before they refund me. It's frustrating because they were meant to be gifts. Such a waste of time!
Large Yankee candle and wax melts
I've just received my order from this store and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic. I placed my order on a Friday and it arrived on a Monday, talk about fast delivery! I couldn't find the candle I was looking for anywhere else, but Temptation Gifts had it at a great price. I'll definitely be returning for more, they have definitely impressed me.
Selection of gifts
I had a really bad experience at the gift shop. The staff were too busy chatting and messing around to help customers properly. It was obvious that the managers weren't very professional and didn't bother dealing with any issues that came up during my visit. I felt really annoyed and disrespected because of the lack of attention and poor customer service I got.
Late parcel, beautifully wrapped items, will shop again
I bought something from an online gift shop not long ago and I have to say, it was a really nice experience. Even though the package arrived a couple of days later than expected, I totally get it because of Covid and all the busy holiday season stuff. The small delay didn't bother me at all.

I wasn't sure if I should buy from here, but I've done it three times now and it's always good. They have really cool stuff like Kate Spade, Ted Baker, and Jellycat, and it doesn't break the bank. Plus, they deliver super fast. I just love it.
