I've ordered a parcel the 23rd of December. I've received a dispatched email the 29th of December but I've received anything yet.
I've try to contact the customer service via email,I 've sent two emails but I haven't received any reply. I 've tried to call the customer service number but after a couple of minutes of waiting queue it goes directly to the option to receive a call back (without pressing anything) and of course I 've never received a call back . Finally I 've managed to spoke to someone via chat after 2 hours of waiting and been told she has passed the request to the right department and they will get back to me (she couldn't tell me when or what had happened with my order). As I was really upset she offered me a 10%discount on the next order (it didn't make any sense to me as I am still waiting for an order I've placed) so I've refused it...
Missing package and emailed for help to locate. They essentially seem to think it is up to the customer who paid for the service to sort. They replied...
According to the package tracking information, it appears that the package was delivered on 08/10/2020 at 2:55 P.M. (proof of delivery attached). We would kindly ask you to check with your family members, friends, concierge or local shops in your building of residence. If the package is not found we would kindly ask you to read, print, sign and scan the "Disconoscimento Firma" document (Legal Statement) in the attachment, and send it back to us, so that we could initiate the investigation with the courier and proceed with the reimbursement for the lost parcel.

The tracking information they are referring to says, London, GB MAILBOX... .. I don't even know where to begin with that really.
I bought two bras with promo buy one get one free, I never received the free bras, one of the packaging ( plastic bag) was open, I didn’t want to even try them on until I spoke to someone with regards to the promo, I was told to return the items instead of just sending me the free items, only causing more work for me! Very disappointed with customer care for online customers
Order received on time but I am really disappointed on how this has been packed. The state of the underwear is not acceptable. It has arrived all like shoved in the delivery bag, everything is creased and there is dust on the items, some items are dirty as well. I am returning the order with a great disappointment for this very low level of care for the product. I don't want other people to experience this. Don't buy from them.
On Friday 10th January I spent over £50 in the shop. They made me pay for some tights because of the fact I opened the bag to check how big they were!
I did not even try them on or removed from the bag, just opened, felt them and put them back.
They treated me like stupid, talking in Italian about me between the cashiers (they didnt know I understand italian). The cashier called the manager who shouted at me I had to pay for them without even explaining me the reason. It was meant to be a company rule but it was not saying anywhere! The manager mentioned it was a general rule in the UK not to open bags (has she even been to Primark?) thinking that I was foreigner. Do I need to know the rules of the shop? If it is a company policy, why is it not anywhere in the shop?
I had no change but to pay for the tights as they said otherwise they will call the police! is it a joke? They actually called the security who was luckily a good guy and convinced me to pay for them.
Once I did I was in my right to exchange them as I didnt like them but I have been told to come back another day!
Can anyone explain me the logic of this? So disaapointed and angry becauase of the way they treated me. The manager didnt have the skills to be a manager, talking rude and shouting without reason.
It was on Friday 10th of January around 6.00 pm so I just hope this review will have consecuences. I am definitely going to bring this matter legally further.

Ordering was so difficult, the website couldn't recognize my postcode and phone number, had to chat with the robot, email them a few times. After those difficulties, the return page didn't work.
