All in all, I'm quite pleased with Tezenis — not luxury, but it does the job and I wear their bits all the time round the flat and for quick trips into town. Two recent orders came super fast with Royal Mail 24, no drama. The fabric and finish are fine for everyday use, a bit thin in places and seams feel cheaper on one item, but nothing terrible. One order needed a return for size; that was really easy — label in the parcel, quick online form and a post office drop-off. Would buy again, just mind the sizing and check colours after a wash.
Misplaced, not missing
I nearly cancelled this order. Saw the Black Friday deal in a newsletter and a mate nudged me to grab it. I hesitated because there was no tracking update for ages and the support email bounced. Proper top at last

Pavement epiphany
supported my lower back enough to haul some boxes without crying, so at that moment I was properly relieved.
