Faulty items, Customer service issue
I purchased some items and they all arrived broken. I sent pictures to show them the damage, but they kept saying they didn't receive them. I used to really like this shop, but now I'm just really upset.
Experience with online order
My recent online shopping experience was an absolute nightmare. The website was all over the place and really hard to use, which meant it took ages to actually place my order. When I finally managed to do it, they went and cancelled it! The worst part? They took the money from my gift card but made me wait over a week for a refund. As if that wasn't bad enough, they cancelled my second order too, and now I'm still waiting for my money back. Their customer service was absolutely useless - not a peep out of them, which has left me feeling really frustrated and let down with the whole thing. I definitely won't be shopping with them online ever again!
Briefs and bras
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered some briefs and bras, paid extra for fast delivery, and yet here I am, 12 days later, still waiting for my order to be dispatched. I've contacted them multiple times through their chat support, but all I get is the promise that someone will get back to me. However, no one ever does. There are no emails, no solutions, just the same old "we have received your complaint" line. It's ridiculous. The lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unbelievable. To top it off, it seems like I'm not the only one having these issues based on other reviews I've read.
Online order return issues
I had a nightmare trying to return some stuff I bought online. I got a few things delivered, but when I tried to send some back, it all went wrong. I took the items I wanted to return to the shop I got them from, but they said they didn't have any record of my order. I then tried to sort it out via email, but they just told me to ring a particular courier to collect the items from my house. The courier needed a label to pick them up, but I didn't have one. After contacting Tezenis again, they said my email had to be passed on to another department to deal with the problem. All I wanted was a simple return, but it turned into a complicated and long-winded ordeal in the end.
Online lingerie purchase
I bought some lingerie online recently and was a bit gutted with the delivery letdown. When I collected my parcel, I saw that someone had messed about with it and a few bits were missing. I tried to sort it out with customer service, but they were not much help at all and just flat-out refused to give me a refund. It's not on, their lack of professionalism and being dishonest like that. I'm definitely going to do something about it.
Recent order delay
I made a purchase on the 25th of December 2022 and I still haven't got my order. I've tried contacting customer service a few times but haven't heard back. I even left a review and the brand asked for more details, which I gave, but still no response. I'm really let down by this poor customer service and I want my issue sorted out quickly.

I tried to make a return with this company recently and honestly, it was a nightmare. I bought a black lace lingerie set from this company recently and honestly, I'm really disappointed with the whole situation. First off, it took ages for my order to turn up, and when it finally did, it was the wrong size. I had such a palaver trying to get a return label, and even after I sent the parcel back, I still haven't got my money back. The customer service was terrible, with staff who were no help at all and never got back to me. It made the whole thing even more annoying. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Two bras
I ordered two bras online recently and it's been a complete nightmare dealing with the store. I chose to pick up my order in-store because it said they were available, but when I got there a week later, they told me it hadn't arrived. I contacted customer service for help but it's been 10 days now and there's been no progress or refund. Dealing with this level of incompetence and lack of responsibility from a big brand like this is really frustrating.
Return issues with order
I had a really awful time trying to send back something I bought because I wasn't satisfied with it. I did what the website said and logged in to put in my order number, but I couldn't find a way to send stuff back. I emailed customer service two times, but got no reply at all. All I want is to send the clothes back and get a refund.
Bras and knickers
I recently bought some bras and knickers from their UK shop, and I have to say, I am really impressed. Even though I had seen some bad reviews about refunds, I can honestly say that my experience was smooth. The items I ordered were exactly like they were described on the website, and they arrived quickly the very next day with standard delivery. The quality of the products was even better than I expected, and I have been enjoying wearing them since they arrived. I didn't have any problems that would have made me return anything, so I can't comment on their customer service in that regard. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely shop with them again in the future.
Lingerie delivery faster than expected
Oh, look what we have here! My delivery showed up quicker than I thought, and everything went smoothly without any problems. The lingerie I bought was exactly what I expected, and it arrived nicely packaged too. Can't fault anything about it, just a straightforward and easy transaction. I'm really happy with how it all went.
Return process delay
I've had an absolutely awful time trying to get a refund after sending back some items. I posted them back on November 25th, but I've not received any sign of my money yet. Customer service said they got my return but just keep fobbing me off, telling me it's with the 'competent department' for review. It's been going on for way too long now and it's really getting on my nerves.
Medium pants
I was really let down by the size and quality of the medium pants I bought. Normally I wear size xs/s in other stores, so I was surprised to see that the size medium pants from here were too small for me. This could be really harmful for people who care about their bodies, especially young girls. If someone like me has to get a large size in your brand, I can't imagine how larger women must feel. Not to mention, the quality of the pants was really bad, I think AliExpress could offer better quality products.
Bikini order
I ordered four bikinis online back in December from this store, but come February, all I got was a fake ring instead of the bikinis. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare - they're not helping at all. Now they want me to send the fake ring back to their warehouse in China in order to get a refund. I feel totally scammed and I've lost $90. Really disappointed with how everything turned out.
Swimwear set purchase
I had an absolutely terrible time trying to change my address after placing an order. When I noticed the mistake, I tried to fix it on time but couldn't find the button. I contacted customer support several times, but they just told me to wait for the delivery to fail and maybe get a refund. It's been a month and a half now, and my package and $40 are still missing.
Lingerie set purchase
This morning, I popped into the store on OSS Mazzirana Street. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the really friendly and helpful staff there. They gave me some great recommendations, especially the brunette girl with a ponytail. I can't remember her name, but she was absolutely brilliant.
Overpriced socks
I bought some socks from this company not long ago, but it didn't go well. The socks were way too long compared to what I saw on the website, so I thought I'd return them. But here's the thing - I've been trying to contact their customer service for about four months now, and I've had no luck so far. They keep telling me there's a problem with the shipping label and that they'll sort it out, but I haven't heard anything from them yet. It's really annoying to be stuck in this situation for so long without any solution in sight.
3 pairs of knickers and a bikini set
Well, I went ahead and treated myself to 3 pairs of knickers and a bikini set, and to my surprise, it arrived pretty fast. The funny thing is, it came from a different brand than expected, which was a bit confusing. But, hey, everything was exactly what I wanted, so I can't really grumble about it too much.

I've ordered a parcel the 23rd of December. I've received a dispatched email the 29th of December but I've received anything yet.
I've try to contact the customer service via email,I 've sent two emails but I haven't received any reply. I 've tried to call the customer service number but after a couple of minutes of waiting queue it goes directly to the option to receive a call back (without pressing anything) and of course I 've never received a call back .
Finally I 've managed to spoke to someone via chat after 2 hours of waiting and been told she has passed the request to the right department and they will get back to me (she couldn't tell me when or what had happened with my order). As I was really upset she offered me a 10%discount on the next order (it didn't make any sense to me as I am still waiting for an order I've placed) so I've refused it...
