Good experiences shopping
The shop was really good, they wrapped all my items so nicely. And when I had to return something, it was super easy. The only downside was having to pay for delivery, but apart from that, everything was great!
Incorrect shoe delivery
I bought some shoes from your website not long ago, but when they arrived, I got the wrong item which I didn't even choose. I tried to sort it out by emailing your customer support team a few times. One reply I got said my problem needed to be passed on to a different department for help. It was all a bit of a mess, to be honest, and I wasn't happy with how things were handled. I didn't even get an apology or anything to make up for the hassle.
