As a customer of The Double F, I have to say I'm really disappointed with the lack of support I got when my package got nicked. I not only lost a lot of cash, but the customer service bods at The Double F didn't even bother getting back to me about it. It's just not on for a company to brush off such a big problem and leave their customers hanging. I was hoping for better from a fancy retailer like The Double F, but sadly I just ended up feeling ignored and cheesed off.
Winter jacket
I got this winter jacket and it arrived really quickly, the day after I ordered it! I was amazed it came all the way from Italy to Sweden so fast. The jacket is top-notch quality and I managed to grab it at a bargain price because it was on sale.
Designer bag purchase
I had a really disappointing experience at this place. Despite the good discounts, the customer service was terrible. I bought a designer bag but it was faulty. I took lots of photos to show the defects, but the customer service just said it was meant to be like that. Even though the advertised photos didn't match the actual item, they wouldn't give me a replacement. Instead, they told me to return it and buy it again. They even charged me £20 for returning the faulty item. They didn't admit any fault and ignored my messages. Eventually, I got a new item that was fine, but they still wouldn't own up to their mistake. Their complaint process was really unclear, which made me even more frustrated. So, I suggest not buying anything from this place.

McQueen sneakers
I bought a pair of trainers from this website last week, but they came with some defects on the tongue near the laces.
