Halfway down the drive, about to set off for the school run, I discovered the harness release was a bit sticky. I phoned them straight away and yes, it was a faff at first — they wanted the usual details, weight, age, even a video — but stick with it because the turning point came when they actually sent a replacement without hassling me further. That moment, when the new seat clicked in and the harness behaved properly, I relaxed — really relaxed — and felt safe. We've used it every day since for the school run and short trips, and it's been flawless. I still keep a pair of scissors in the door out of habit (old nerves), but honestly, job done.
