I wasn't expecting much when a friend sent the link, but the changing bag arrived within 24 hours — what a relief, honestly. The rest of the travel system hasn't shown up though, and the site gives zero updates. I've called and emailed three times this week, phoned and emailed, and still no reply from them. Mildly annoyed, but glad at least part turned up; I'll be contacting my card company if it stays like this.
Travel cot hiccup, nice save
I thought I’d ordered a travel cot and didn’t clock it was a pre-order. Bit annoying, since my grandson needed the top cot option now — he’s at that awkward age and we’ve had bad luck before with late parcels. I rang up and, honestly, they sorted me out straight away and sent an alternative straight away so we weren’t left stranded. Service was caring and quick. Made me feel relieved, really properly.
Delivery ok, service not great
We got the bed delivered on time and the driver left it in the hallway, which was handy, but that's where the positives mostly end. When we unwrapped it the next morning there was a long crack in one panel and a couple of dents that showed up with barely any handling — odd, because we were careful. I emailed customer service straight away and said we wanted a refund rather than a replacement; their replies were slow and, to be honest, a bit defensive, hinting we'd caused the damage. There's no phone number, only email, which made the whole thing drag on and feel impersonal. While we waited the paint even started flaking in places, so it felt like low quality. I'm actually relieved nobody got hurt and it wasn't worse, so I'm grateful for that at least. They eventually refused the refund and left us stuck with a poor item. If returns and decent customer support matter to you, I'd look elsewhere or make them open the package in front of you on delivery.
Relief at last
Halfway down the drive, about to set off for the school run, I discovered the harness release was a bit sticky. I phoned them straight away and yes, it was a faff at first — they wanted the usual details, weight, age, even a video — but stick with it because the turning point came when they actually sent a replacement without hassling me further. That moment, when the new seat clicked in and the harness behaved properly, I relaxed — really relaxed — and felt safe. We've used it every day since for the school run and short trips, and it's been flawless. I still keep a pair of scissors in the door out of habit (old nerves), but honestly, job done.
