Two candle purchases
I recently bought two candles, the All Hallows Eve and The Witching Hour scents. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed with both of them. Despite looking nice, they didn't smell as strong as I was hoping. I got an email asking me to review my purchase, so I honestly gave them both 3 stars and mentioned my disappointment with the weak scent. Oddly enough, my review doesn't seem to be showing up on their website, even though I got a confirmation for submitting a 3-star review. It seems like they might be hiding negative reviews, especially those below 4/5 stars, which doesn't seem right to me and could be going against trading standards. This has made me question the trustworthiness of the reviews on their site a lot. Because of this, I have decided not to buy from them again in the future.
Crystal necklaces, bracelet
I recently bought two lovely spiral crystal necklaces, one for my mum and one for myself, as well as a bracelet for my nana. The necklaces look absolutely stunning and came in adorable little bags. My nana, being quite Catholic, wasn't too sure about the bracelet at first, but she ended up accepting it because I'm her favourite grandchild.
The only thing that I wish could have been better is that the metal of the spiral wasn't mentioned in the item description. I have a slight allergy to certain metals, so it would have been really helpful to know beforehand.Aroma diffuser and essential oils
I was actually quite attracted to The Psychic Tree because they have such a wide range of essential oils and aroma diffusers. So, I decided to order an aroma diffuser along with a few different essential oils. The ordering process was really easy and straightforward, which was great. I was particularly pleased that they had a standard delivery option that turned out to be surprisingly quick. When my order arrived, it was all really well packaged to make sure nothing got damaged during delivery. The aroma diffuser was really good quality and worked perfectly, while the essential oils were both fragrant and long-lasting. Overall, I was really happy with my purchase and would definitely think about buying from The Psychic Tree again in the future.
Home cleansing set
I recently bought a home cleansing kit from this shop, but I was really disappointed with the quality of the items. The package arrived this morning in a padded envelope, but when I checked it, I realised the sage smudge stick was missing. Also, the shell was damaged, with a big piece broken off. The bag of grounding crystals had split at the bottom, making the crystals fall out, and the paleo wood was also split with loose bits. I tried to contact the company through various ways like email, their website contact form, TikTok and Facebook, sending photos of the problems. But, I haven't heard back from them at all. They claim to dispatch items on the same day, so it seems they've seen my complaints but chosen to ignore them. This kit was meant to be a gift for my son's birthday on Wednesday, and I'm really angry at the lack of care and professionalism from this company. I suggest being careful if you decide to buy from them.
Selenite charging plate purchase
I bought a Selenite charging plate from the shop not too long ago. It turned up quickly and was really well wrapped up to make sure it didn't get damaged on its way to me. I liked that they took care in packing it properly.
Study pack with beautiful stones
Oh my goodness, I found the most amazing study pack in the shop today with the most beautiful stones! When my daughter saw it, she was over the moon, saying, "Wow, these are amazing! Thank you!" The packaging was just perfect and everything was in perfect condition. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase!
Awesome crystals
I popped into this really cool shop to pick up some crystals and I came across so many amazing ones! The prices were really reasonable and the staff there were really friendly. Sometimes the crystals might not be exactly what you were looking for, but that's just because each one is unique, right? The staff always make an effort to assist you and ensure you walk away content. I always enjoy getting my crystals from this shop because they have such a great variety to choose from.

Don't bother with any other psychic shops, this one is the real deal. The products are amazing, especially the crystal infused candles - they're just heavenly! The variety of crystals and jewellery is really impressive too. Every time I buy something, I'm always completely happy with it. The communication with the store is spot on, which makes shopping here so easy. I absolutely adore this place!

The folks at that shop are just great, really helpful and know all about crystals and sage. They helped me choose the perfect ones for my new room. Roll on perfume
I ordered a roll-on perfume from Psychic Tree, but it arrived all smashed up! I felt really deflated and disappointed. So, I decided to shoot them an email, and this lovely lady called Holly responded super fast, saying she'd send me a new one. I was over the moon with relief and gratitude that they were so kind and efficient. It made me feel valued and cared for as a customer. Big thanks to Holly and Psychic Tree for sorting it all out!

I found this website randomly and I'm really glad I did. I bought some crystals and tarot cards and I was really impressed by how good they were. I got in touch with them, and they responded really quickly and assisted me in returning it. And to top it off, they covered the postage costs! The items they sell are of great quality, and the customer service team is absolutely fantastic.

I bought a bunch of crystals from this supplier recently, but I was really disappointed with the whole thing. The crystals that arrived didn't look anything like the ones on the website - it felt like half of them weren't even the right ones I ordered. The prices seemed too good to be true, and they were, since the quality was really low. Some of the crystals looked like they'd been yanked out of a rubbish tip and roughly polished with sandpaper, nothing like the lovely natural pieces I was hoping for. I tried to get in touch with the company about my worries, but it was a nightmare trying to communicate with them. All in all, my time with this supplier was rubbish and made me feel really embarrassed. For sure, I won't be going back as a customer.
