T-shirt and shorts
I recently bought a t-shirt and shorts from The Terrace Store, and I have to say, it was a complete nightmare. I never actually got my package, and the delivery company said they didn't even receive it, despite sending me an email confirming its dispatch. When I tried to reach out to customer service for answers, I got no response at all. It felt like they were completely ignoring me and my concerns. This company is a joke, run by a group of people who clearly don't care about their customers' time or money. The lack of communication and responsibility is really disappointing. And don't even get me started on the refund process - no sorry, no explanation, just pure incompetence. Steer clear of this company at all costs.
Apron and golf towel
I bought an apron and a golf towel from this shop not too long ago, and I have to say I was really let down by the quality. Both things were quite thin and felt cheaply made, which wasn't what I was hoping for. I got them as a gift, but I don't think they'll make a good impression because of how poor the quality is. On top of that, the packaging wasn't great either - they just chucked them into a postal bag with no protection or paperwork. All in all, I wasn't happy with my order and won't be shopping here again.
Print purchase
I bought a print from The Terrace Store recently, but it arrived damaged because the postman handled it poorly. Even though the packaging had 'Do Not Bend' written on it, the print got bent in half with a big crease down the middle. However, the customer service at The Terrace Store was really good. They quickly sent me a replacement at no extra cost when I told them about the problem. Unfortunately, the replacement print also got damaged by the postman, but the store sorted out a refund without any trouble. Even though it was a bit annoying, I can't fault the customer service at The Terrace Store.
Leeds-themed Mystery Box Purchase
As someone who bought a Leeds-themed mystery box from The Terrace Store not long ago, I have to say I was pretty let down by what I got. The box came with a bobble hat in white, yellow, and blue stripes, but apart from the colours, it had nothing to do with Leeds. Also, there was a bottle opener with Thistle Hotel branding and a mug with The Yorkshire Post logo on it. None of these items were what I had in mind or wanted from a Leeds mystery box. I wouldn't suggest getting this particular product from The Terrace Store to anyone who's after genuine Leeds merchandise.
Towel order
I bought a towel online and it took ages, like nearly 3 weeks, to get to me. And guess what? When it finally arrived, it was totally the wrong design! After waiting for almost 2 months, they gave me a refund and said they would send the right towel straight away. But oh no, when the package turned up, it was the wrong design once more! On top of that, the towel was way too expensive and really thin. Not cool at all.
Mystery box purchase
What a waste of money! I bought the mystery box for £15 plus £4 for shipping, and I was completely let down. Inside were things like a basic mug, beer opener, and plastic bottle, all seeming quite cheap and not worth the price I paid.
Face masks purchase
My experience with The Terrace Store was fantastic. I recently bought four face masks from them, but unfortunately, only two arrived. However, their customer service team was amazing and sorted out the issue quickly. I sent them an email about the missing masks, and to my surprise, I received the other two masks the very next day. The quality of the face masks was even better than I expected, and I was really happy with what I got. The way they fixed the mistake so fast was great, it really showed that they care about their customers. I highly recommend The Terrace Store for their excellent product quality and outstanding service. I will definitely shop with them again in the future.
Won 3 coasters in a Twitter comp
I recently won these amazing coasters in a Twitter competition run by The Terrace Store. The designs on them are really cool and the quality is top-notch. I was so impressed by my prize that I'm definitely considering purchasing more items from them in the future!
Mysterious box purchase
I'm afraid that I made a purchase of a mysterious box from The Terrace Store recently, but I never received it. I've been trying to track my order, but it keeps redirecting me to random pages. What's even more frustrating is that I can't find a customer service option on the website. They said my order would arrive in 5 days, but it's been almost 3 weeks and I'm still waiting.
Mystery box of disappointment
I bought this mystery box from a shop and it turned out to be disappointing! I spent £20 on it and all that was in there was an old mug, a really old mousemat, and a beer mat. I feel like I was ripped off! They promised it would be worth more than what I paid, but it definitely wasn't. I'm really angry about it!!
AFC Bournemouth 1996/97 home shirt and away 1998/2000 shirts
The Terrace Store has really outdone themselves with the launch of the AFC Bournemouth 1996/97 home shirt and away 1998/2000 shirts. You can tell that they've put a lot of effort and passion into bringing back these classic designs for fans like me who love the Cherries. The shirts are top-notch quality and they've paid attention to every little detail, making them truly authentic. I'm really impressed with the retro collection they have and I'm looking forward to seeing more classic designs from them in the future.
Two pint glasses
I bought a couple of pint glasses from this shop for my dad's birthday not too long ago. Unfortunately, it took a whole 12 days for them to turn up, way after his actual birthday. The etching on the glasses was really poor, with some of the letters missing from the design. Honestly, I could've done a better job myself with a knife! All in all, really let down by this company.
Purchased a trendy jacket and a pair of stylish shoes.
The customer service at this store is top-notch. They don't just sell good products, they genuinely care about their customers. Even when they're really busy, they always go out of their way to make sure you're happy. They're really friendly on social media too, which makes shopping here feel special. I can't praise this store enough for how much they care about giving great service.

Birthday Brunch
I went to a birthday brunch with my friends and family that had a Spice Girls theme, which made it even more fun. The brunch options were really good, especially the pancakes with syrup and fresh fruit. Having unlimited Prosecco and cocktails for the price was a great deal. We all had a fab time and we're already thinking about booking for another event. Big shoutout to the event organiser for arranging such amazing experiences. The staff were lovely and got involved in the fun, which made it a really enjoyable and unforgettable time.

I've been a loyal customer of The Terrace Store for a while now, and I have to say, their products are top-notch. The staff at the store are always so friendly and welcoming, ready to help with any questions or suggestions. They really go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Nottm Forest t shirt
I ordered a Nottingham Forest t-shirt from The Terrace Store, but it turned out to be too small. I sent it back hoping for a refund so I could get a bigger size, but I haven't heard anything from the store. I even emailed them to ask for an update, but still no response. Their customer service is really bad, so I won't be shopping there again.
Nottinghan Forest phone case
I bought a Nottingham Forest phone case for my son's Christmas present. I was really looking forward to the red design, but the case I got was more of a burgundy shade which was a bit disappointing. It looked nothing like the pictures on the website. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me it was printed on black instead of white, which didn't really make sense to me. Overall, I wasn't happy with my experience and wouldn't recommend buying from this store.
lovely shopping experience from Jay
I love football a lot and as an ardent fan, I wanted to get some clothing that have been designed with my football club's motif. I needed to get them as soon as possible because I had a football game to attend. I called some of my friends and about two of them mentioned Terrace store. I looked them up online and I loved the reviews I got so I placed an order for some clothing and accessories, hoping they deliver in time for my game. Within a few days, it was delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted and the price was quite affordable. I am satisfied with their products and will shop from them again. I recommend Terrace store to anyone looking to buy quality football products and accessories.
