Kitchen-table doubts, happy grandson
Sat at the kitchen table thinking I'd probably ordered another gimmick, but the tractor actually turned out better than I expected. I worried about assembly, floor scratches and bright tacky paint, yet it arrived fully put together, the rubber round the wheels is real and it has been gentle on our wooden floors. The colour's muted and nice, the little animals are sweet, and the wood feels solid with a smooth finish — even smelled faintly of real timber. Packaging was very secure. Only gripe is it felt a bit pricey, but my grandson loves it.
Quick fix, tape was a bit dodgy
both packages started coming away and ripped a bit in transit. I get it’s eco tape and I like that, but two strips would help. Otherwise it does what I needed in family life, not perfect but perfectly usable.
Small ad, solid find
I wasn't planning to buy anything — doomscrolling Facebook when a tiny ad showed some bits that looked decent for stocking fillers. Normally I avoid unfamiliar shops after getting burned once (yes, dodgy photos, slow delivery), so I hesitated. I needed little gifts last-minute for a mate's birthday though, so I took a punt. Parcel arrived the next evening — which was odd but welcome — and everything was wrapped in neat cardboard, no crude plastic sacks. The items look nicer in real life than on the website, good quality, and they were packed with care. Felt relieved. Will definitely shop here again.
Little hiccup, mostly good
I was unpacking everything for my little one’s birthday and it felt like opening proper presents — quick delivery and smart packing. What really stood out was that none of it was wrapped in plastic, everything recyclable, which I appreciated more than I expected (we're trying to cut down on waste). One item arrived a bit damaged — they did get back to me and sorted a replacement with the maker, though it took a touch longer than I’d hoped. Still, I liked that they fixed the part rather than branding the whole toy faulty. Needed these bits because the old set had fallen apart and I wanted something safer and nicer. Overall I’m glad I ordered and I’ll buy from them again.
A surprisingly steady find
I did hesitate before hitting buy. The site looked tidy but I know online stores can be hit and miss. I wasn't sure about sizes and whether the packaging would be any good. I left a few things on the wishlist for ages. Moving stuff into the basket was easy though, just a couple of clicks. Dispatch turned out to be really quick, faster than I expected. At first I thought it was a one-off. The next parcel arrived just as fast. The toys are solid. I've ordered Olli Ella, Stapelstein, Connetix and Candylab and none of them had problems. Everything came in a neat box with recycled filling. No broken bits. I once emailed with a query and the reply was short and useful. Prices feel a little high sometimes, but the quality matches. If you're unsure, try the wishlist and order one item first. For me the initial doubts have pretty much gone.
