It's a place where every woman's body is perfectly matched with beautifully designed clothe with quality fabrics. Ranging from their trousers to skirts to jumpsuits to jackets to hats and more.
They never had failed my longing cos I'm a fancy person who enjoys being looked at when I'm outta home.so I pay great attention to what I wear.

I have been a customer for many years-since they were Braintree before re-branding to Thought. I have always been keen to support the sustainable ethos. So when they brought out reduced impact jeans 'Denimkind', I bought a pair. Unfortunately after wearing them no more than a few dozen times, I noticed that they have worn through in the crotch area. I notified Thought of this, but got a reply stating that as it was over the 6 month return period (8 months to be precise), they couldn't do anything except express their 'sincerest apologies'. Note to Thought... 1) Sustainable clothes should be long-lasting-jeans that wear out in months are inherently unsustainable 2) A Thoughtful business should be prepared to admit that something has gone wrong and that something positive should be done and not just rely on their T's ... C's.

Customer service is awfull. I’ve ordered this coat in size 10 on 26.04.2022 00.01 a.m., price was 34 GBP, my order was confirmed and I was already imagining myself wearing it. And all of the sudden on 27.04.2022 13.40 p.m. I’ve got an email that my money was refunded without any further explanations. In further correspondence, which was my initiative, they explained they are out of stock in size 10 though I checked the page with the coat on 26.04.2022 at midday and it was still in stock in size 10. On 27.04.2022 the coat already costed 69 GBP and size 10 was really out of stock. It’s hardly to believe they the company has such a poor programme equipment which doesn’t show the actual stock of goods. Total disappointment.
