ThruDark offers fast DHL/DPD delivery with all tax and duties paid. For United Kingdom deliveries, the standard mainland delivery is free for specific order prices. The processing and delivery time is estimated to be between 2-3 working days. Although, this timeline may vary with the final destination. All orders are sent via DPD Express which takes 1-2 days.

ThruDark also offers next working day and Saturdays delivery service and both must be placed before 12 PM to be delivered the next day. ThruDark asserts that they do not ship to APO addresses. All orders coming from the United Kingdom are shipped via DPD delivery and can be tracked using the reference number provided on the order confirmation.

Orders, where Express delivery is chosen, are sent through the DHL Express delivery service. Nearly all global destinations are reached within a 1-2 day transit time, except Australia which takes 3 days. Payments are accepted via credit cards including Visa, MasterCard etc.

ThruDark offers refunds for returned items. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items eligible for the refund must be returned in the same condition as received, new, unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all coins and bags included. Returns that do not meet these criteria and Deductions will be made if these are unreturned with an order. Returns made following the criteria will be refunded via the original payment method within 30 days of receipt of return.

ThruDark also offers exchanges. An item can be exchanged for another size or colour. Items eligible for exchange must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. ThruDark asserts that all colour and sizes exchanges are free and are done through their UK or worldwide returns procedures.
