Sat on the patio with a cuppa watching the kids go mad in the garden, I was half‑worried about buying this mud kitchen — looked a bit cheap online. A couple of dodgy bits when I built it, I sent photos twice and they sorted it in minutes. Now it's used every day, so glad it worked out.
First order sorted
Messaged support when I placed my first Tiny Land order — Elaine sorted it quickly. Delivery came next week, unboxing was straightforward, pieces fit together and felt solid, no surprises. She was patient and clear, not overbearing. Minor delay on one item but overall made the whole first-time thing painless, which I appreciated.
Little chefs, big smiles
Spotted this on a friend's Instagram and bought it for my granddaughter's second birthday. Delivery was surprisingly quick and the staff answered a daft question of mine straight away. The kitchen is sturdy, both kids love it. I'm really pleased — nice quality and great aftercare.
Mid-unpack surprise
Halfway through opening the box I realised how smooth the whole thing had been. The customer rep kept updating me on the shipment and answered quickly — really helpful, really quick. Delivery arrived when they said it would, tidy and intact. Bought a play-food set for my little lad; he’s been obsessed. Better than the dramas I’ve had elsewhere.
Doorstep surprise
Got it on my doorstep the day after ordering, which still surprises me. I started using it last week when my grandson began to crawl and cruise, and he loved it. Quality feels good, but I needed to slow the wheels so I popped on rubber bands. Messaged customer service and they replied promptly.
Tiny victories
Sat them on the floor and immediately they felt right. Not too plasticky, proper weight to them, and they sit in the playroom like they'd always belonged. Rang customer service with a daft question; Ritz picked up straight away and sorted it. That kind of thing matters. I've had dodgy support elsewhere, so this felt extra reassuring. Made me grin, honestly really.
Odd marketing, decent parcel
I first spotted them on a mate's Instagram post and thought I'd give it a go. The parcel arrived in two days, nicely packed — delivery was fine, honestly. Customer service was a bit weird about where they got my email; I asked and got vague answers, so that left a sour taste. Product works though, not perfect but does the job.
Tiny chef, big mess
it's a bit flimsy and she keeps tugging it, probably wondering where the water is. Apart from that, it's brilliant fun and holds up well.
Quick help, minor hiccups
All-in-all I'm still pleased — good service overall. I needed these items urgently for a move and ordered three pieces; they turned up within days, although on different days (mildly annoying). Ivonne on the phone was helpful and clear. Not perfect — one box had a couple of creases — but everything works fine, so I'd happily order from them again.
Quick help saved the day
I nearly chucked my basket at checkout because the discount didn't show — proper faff, I thought I'd lost the deal and wondered if ordering was worth it. I needed the kit for my daily commute and grabbing lunch at work, so I messaged support. Ivonne replied really quickly, checked it all and sent a copy of the invoice showing the code applied. Honestly, felt relieved — nice, efficient help.
Useful but frustrating
I unpacked it on Christmas Eve and, predictably, the little cupboard door was cracked. We carried on — my three‑year‑old started playing straight away, it's been used daily. I phoned on Boxing Day and they said the part was back‑ordered until 1 March. A replacement door arrived on 26 March and it was damaged again. It's irritating, they should've sent a whole new unit back then, but the wood and knobs feel solid and he still plays, so I'm relieved, somewhat fed up.
Missing pieces, slow replies
I didn't think ordering a simple easel would turn into a saga, but there we are. My daughter‑in‑law bought a kitchen from them and we ordered an easel to help with displays during the move — timing was tight, so we really needed it. The parcel arrived missing items that the product page seemed to include. After weeks of emails and phone calls they admitted the website was wrong and said they'd post the missing bits 'as a one‑off' once we sent a screenshot. To be fair, those bits did eventually arrive, but only after a lot of chasing. Customer service was patchy, delivery slow and avoidable mistakes were annoying. Product itself seems fine, actually. A shame, because otherwise okay.
