Feeling so disappointed i tried this footwear on in a local store and found them very comfortable but they did not have my size 5.
I turned to shopify to make a direct order with Toni Pons but when my order arrived i was upset to find a large pair of ... slippers in the box instead of my order.
I emailed/whats app/phoned Toni Pons no response. They’re based in Spain. Im in London and have had no response.
I then turned to shopify and they just told me to contact Toni Pons direct!’
I am now feeling very frustrated and not sure what to do next. I budgeted for this footwear. They where very expensive for me but due to the comfort aspect and being a diabetic they appeared very comfortable 🥹
