the pad is great. The foam itself fits and feels fine once it’s on the poles. The packaging and postage were quick enough. The hassle was all about communication and the missing items. It’s not a terrible company — they do have decent stuff at fair prices and the pad arrived in good condition — but the customer service left a lot to be desired. They eventually did rectify things, albeit slowly and without much courtesy. If you buy from them, use PayPal or some payment method with buyer protection. You’ll probably get the gear you want, but be prepared to chase if something goes wrong.
