I was unsure about ordering three boxes, but took the chance because the product sounded promising. A few months on, it hasn’t made any difference for me. I’ve got two unopened boxes I’d like to send back, yet several emails have gone unanswered. That’s really put me off.
Still waiting, sadly
I’d avoid ordering here, at least for anything time-sensitive. My sister tipped me off to the site, so I gave it a go for a 50th birthday bundle, thinking eight days would be plenty. It wasn’t. Three weeks on, two items are apparently out of stock and only part of the bespoke order has shipped. I agreed to wait, but the updates and service have been pretty poor, honestly.
Subscription hiccup, handy kit
I liked how the kit feels in daily use — solid, not fiddly, and it's become part of my evening routine. Trouble is, the website won’t let me change a subscription; logging in redirects oddly and the listed helpline number didn’t connect. Email support did sort things out eventually, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ll stick to single orders for now; subscription feels more trouble than it's worth, and it looks good, too.
