Beach tote bag purchase
I got this beach tote bag as a birthday gift for a friend not too long ago. It was supposed to come all the way from Spain to the UK. There was a bit of a hiccup with a discount code not working, but the customer service team got back to me quickly by email and gave me a new code to use. I had to go ahead and place the order without the discount so it would reach me on time, but they were nice enough to refund me the amount I would have saved with the original code. The tote bag showed up just in the nick of time, 5 working days later. All in all, my experience with Trouva was fab and I would definitely recommend using their service.
Unique Stocking Fillers
I recently bought some really cool stocking fillers from Trouva that my Grandson absolutely loved. The gifts, like a spaceman bottle opener and a pizza cutter shaped like a bicycle, were top-notch quality and stood out from the usual presents. My Grandson, who's away at university, really liked the fun and quirky items that added some charm to his everyday stuff. I made my purchase just before Christmas and got everything in time for the holidays, which was great. The shopping process was easy and straightforward, so I'll definitely be going back to Trouva for more unique goodies in the future.

I was absolutely delighted to finally come across the Christmas wreath I'd been searching high and low for, which seemed to be sold out everywhere else. Luckily, I stumbled upon the very last one being sold on Trouva by a quaint little independent shop. My purchase from &Quirky in Berkhamstead was everything I had hoped for. Despite ordering it on a Sunday evening, the wreath arrived promptly and was at my doorstep by Tuesday. The service provided by Trouva and &Quirky was top-notch, and I was genuinely amazed by how quickly and efficiently the delivery was handled.
Faulty lights refund
I've had a nightmare trying to get my money back for these dodgy lights I bought online. It's been driving me crazy as I've been waiting since October for the refund. They've given me the money back for two of the lights, but I'm still waiting for the third one. I've sent them everything they asked for, like videos and receipts, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They keep saying they're sorting it out, but I'm still empty-handed. I'm proper fed up with this online shop now. I wouldn't recommend anybody use them if you want a stress-free shopping experience.
Shoes at good price
I recently bought a pair of shoes that I've had my eye on for a while from Trouva. I managed to snag them at a really good price, so I went ahead and made the purchase. After I placed my order, I started getting regular email updates to keep me in the loop without bombarding my inbox. The shoes arrived a couple of days later, nicely packaged and just as I expected them to be.

I've been turning to Trouva for my Christmas gift hunting for three years now, and I've got to say, it's always been a good shout. One thing worth mentioning is that if there are any hiccups with your order, you'll be speaking straight to the store owner, which is a nice change from dealing with big corporations. Luckily, I've never had any issues with the stores on Trouva.

Quick delivery but unexpected customs fees
The delivery came really quickly and I was impressed with how responsive the customer service was, which was great. But I was a bit let down when I found out I had to fork out €16 for customs fees, even though the website promised no hidden charges. I got in touch with customer service, but all they did was apologise for the mix-up and tell me to check their terms and conditions.

This company is really lovely, they offer fantastic customer service. They always send out the package on the same day you order it, and it gets to you quickly with a nice handwritten note. The prices are great too.

I really believe in backing small independent shops, especially with how tough it is for them in retail these days. I was over the moon when I found Trouva, as it meant I could show my support for these businesses right from my living room. The store manager gave me such great personal service, it was unmatched. They really went above and beyond in taking care of me, making me feel truly appreciated as a customer.
Christmas gift
I ordered a Christmas present from Trouva, but it never arrived with the courier. The courier started looking for the missing item, but I got in touch with Trouva to get a refund because I needed to get a new gift urgently. Even though I made it clear that it was for Christmas, they said it was too late for a refund because they had already arranged a replacement (which I didn't ask for). The replacement is supposed to arrive in 5-10 days. I am really angry about this terrible service.
Ace cushion cover
I really love Trouva! They've got loads of awesome brands and independent shops on their website. It's so easy to shop from various places all in one go. I also use it to send gifts to my family in Spain by using the country filter. Just the other day, I purchased this fantastic cushion cover and it arrived swiftly and was beautifully wrapped.
Bowl, damaged, refund, discount code, customer service
Hello, I purchased this bowl and it arrived completely smashed! I was really upset about it. But you know what? The people at the store fixed it really quickly! They assured me that I would receive a full refund and even offered me a discount for my next purchase. I now feel more confident about shopping here because they handled the situation so professionally.
