Faulty lights refund
I've had a nightmare trying to get my money back for these dodgy lights I bought online. It's been driving me crazy as I've been waiting since October for the refund. They've given me the money back for two of the lights, but I'm still waiting for the third one. I've sent them everything they asked for, like videos and receipts, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They keep saying they're sorting it out, but I'm still empty-handed. I'm proper fed up with this online shop now. I wouldn't recommend anybody use them if you want a stress-free shopping experience.
Shoes at good price

After I placed my order, I started getting regular email updates to keep me in the loop without bombarding my inbox. The customer service team even got in touch to let me know about a small hiccup, but they sorted it out quickly. The shoes arrived a couple of days later, nicely packaged and just as I expected them to be.

Quick delivery but unexpected customs fees

But I was a bit let down when I found out I had to fork out €16 for customs fees, even though the website promised no hidden charges. I got in touch with customer service, but all they did was apologise for the mix-up and tell me to check their terms and conditions.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size skirt from Attic Womenswear on Trouva, but I must say I was really pleased with the amazing service I got. I quickly sent an email requesting to change the size, and Shane from Trouva replied promptly and kept me updated on the delivery. The skirt was shipped by Attic Womenswear straight away, and I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went. This company is really lovely, they offer fantastic customer service. They always send out the package on the same day you order it, and it gets to you quickly with a nice handwritten note. The prices are great too.

I really believe in backing small independent shops, especially with how tough it is for them in retail these days. Christmas gift
I ordered a Christmas present from Trouva, but it never arrived with the courier. The courier started looking for the missing item, but I got in touch with Trouva to get a refund because I needed to get a new gift urgently. Even though I made it clear that it was for Christmas, they said it was too late for a refund because they had already arranged a replacement (which I didn't ask for). The replacement is supposed to arrive in 5-10 days. I am really angry about this terrible service.
Beach tote bag purchase
I got this beach tote bag as a birthday gift for a friend not too long ago. It was supposed to come all the way from Spain to the UK. There was a bit of a hiccup with a discount code not working, but the customer service team got back to me quickly by email and gave me a new code to use. I had to go ahead and place the order without the discount so it would reach me on time, but they were nice enough to refund me the amount I would have saved with the original code. The tote bag showed up just in the nick of time, 5 working days later. All in all, my experience with Trouva was fab and I would definitely recommend using their service.

On top of that, the quality of the items wasn't as good as I expected, which was a letdown. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase.
