Good drapes, decent delivery
We weren't expecting much when we started hunting for new blackout curtains for our three-panel sliding door, but TWOPAGES surprised us. The ordering was straightforward (a relief after a couple of shockingly pricey quotes elsewhere), and the customer service patiently talked me through measurements and fabric choices — proper helpful, even on the phone. Delivery showed up when they said it would, well wrapped and no damage. In short, good value and friendly people; I'm properly chuffed with how it all turned out.
Small victory after a big faff
it eventually went through, but it was more hassle than it needed to be. I’m glad I didn’t give up, but honestly I nearly did. Started ordering because my designer recommended the Liz curtains and I didn’t want to switch companies, but the website fought me the whole way. You can’t edit an item in your basket — you have to delete and re-add, which felt so clunky. Then I tried to book an online consultation and upload a photo of the room; the upload wouldn’t take, so I couldn’t even get to the scheduling bit. The last straw was the remote controls: they insisted on an Excel upload for automated shades and the file just wouldn’t load, no matter how many times I fiddled with it. In the end I settled for manual shades because I ran out of patience, though the final product is fine. It’s not all doom — the curtains look good and the delivery wasn’t awful — but the process could be simpler. If you’re ordering, have patience, and maybe call them early rather than relying on the upload tools. I’d like to see a plain form or email alternative next time.
A proper fit at last
We'd moved into a top-floor flat and the street lamps were relentless. I needed blackout curtains fast because I work nights and my sleep depended on it. Two Pages Curtains turned out to be the right call. The made-to-measure option sold me — precise fit every time. Their measurement guide was clear, I took my time, and the result sits flush to the frame, no awkward gaps. Fabric feels a notch above the usual high-street stuff. The pleats stay sharp and the hems are neat; you can tell someone paid attention. Installation was straightforward, though I did faff a bit getting the pole aligned. The downside is the price. It's more than chain-store curtains and the lead time was a touch longer because of customisation. I’m relieved it worked out. My flat looks tidier and I sleep more. Would recommend if you value fit and finish and don’t want to replace them next year.
