they did turn up but I misplaced the tracking info, and that turned into a real faff later when I needed a refund. I sent one pair back after noticing they were half a size big, paid for postage, and then hit a wall without the tracking number. Customer service felt a touch patronising at times and their size explanation (something about EU/Japan charts) didn't help, so I lost money, which was annoying. That said, when they did respond it calmed down and the shoes are actually very good. My advice — keep every tracking number, take photos, and be persistent. Not flawless, but overall I’m pleased with the product.
Giant shoes, stranger solution
ship them to a mate, pay half again, and they'll send replacements because returns to their warehouse in China from Australia are 'too' expensive and slow. Felt like being fobbed off. Shoes aren't cheap either, so that rubbed salt in the wound. On the bright side they look decent. Tip: double-check measurements and insist on clearer returns before buying. I might try them again, but cautiously soon.
