Football kit purchase
I bought a football kit from this company recently and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The kit turned up late, and when it finally arrived, the quality was just terrible. The stitching was all loose, and the material felt really cheap. It's so disappointing because I was excited to wear it for an upcoming match. I've never had such a bad experience with an online shop before.
Newcastle United 5xl shirt purchase
I was looking for a Newcastle United 5xl shirt and managed to find it here, although it was a bit pricey. When the shirt arrived, I was gutted to see that it was a fake. The material was rubbish and the printing was terrible. I was really hoping for better quality from a trusted store.

I only ordered a personalised football shirt from this company around 10 days back, expecting it to get to me within 2-5 days. However, their website does mention that during busy times it could take up to 7-10 days. Yet, I was pretty confident that the 10 days I allowed would have been sufficient since it was meant to be a gift. But, to my disappointment, I got told that it won't even be sent out until next week. And to top it off, I couldn't even get my money back because of some obscure thing I found on a different part of their website saying certain orders could take up to 28 days. What a laugh! It's not really about the money for me, it's the total lack of competency and consideration for their customers that really gets to me. It feels like a badly run company that doesn't care about the people who keep them in business.

Next day delivery promised but not delivered
I had such a terrible experience with this website. I paid extra for next day delivery but my order still hadn't arrived after 11 days. When I tried to cancel, they said I couldn't. It's just not on to promise next day delivery and then not follow through. I think it's totally unacceptable. I'd recommend avoiding this website if you want a stress-free shopping experience.

I've bought loads of football jerseys from the website and I've always been really impressed with how good they are. Retro Man Utd shirt
I bought a retro Man Utd shirt from this store not long ago and I was really let down by the quality of it, to be honest. When I got the shirt, I could see that there was paint on it which made it look discoloured. This was disappointing because I paid £88 for it and I don't think the quality was worth that amount of money. I personally think the product was below standard and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to shop at this store.
