Halfway through opening the parcel, I could already tell this was going to feel a bit special. I started wearing the floral blue kimono in the evenings last week, mostly when I want something light over my pyjamas, and it’s become my little comfort piece. The fabric has a lovely smooth feel without seeming flimsy, and the blue print is even nicer in person. What stayed with me, though, was the careful folding and the pouch. Even the bookmark made me smile.
A lovely little surprise
The parcel turned up sooner than I expected, which was handy as I wanted the kimono for my usual at-home evenings. One item wasn’t quite right at first, but the support team sorted it without any fuss. They replied quickly, explained what would happen, and sent the replacement straight out. I was also told to keep the other kimono, which felt genuinely kind. Everything looks well made and feels nice to wear. Really pleased, to be honest.
Took longer than I expected
they kept checking the progress and responded quickly when tracking went quiet, which made the delay less stressful. Not perfect — delivery was slow — but the product and the support mostly justified the wait.
Bit hit-and-miss, but sorted in the end
exchanged it without a fuss eventually, which calmed me down. So yeah, stitching was the problem (watch that tie), customer service could be sharper, but the replacement feels right. I’d tell a mate to try it — but maybe don’t wear it for heavy gardening.
