Customisable mattress purchase
I absolutely love this mattress! Being able to customise the layers for the perfect support has really helped to reduce my pain when I'm lying down. It's a bit more expensive, but the quality and comfort are definitely worth the investment. Plus, it stays cool unlike other mattresses I've used, which is such a relief. And the fact that it's environmentally friendly is just the icing on the cake!

The ordering process was really easy and straightforward, the delivery was on time exactly when they said it would be. We spent ages looking for beds that worked for me and my husband, but in the end, building them to our exact needs was the best solution. Now, we can't bear to get out of our super comfy bed in the morning because it's just so good. It's made a huge difference for me as I used to have trouble sleeping, but now I can finally relax and get a good night's rest. Mattress
When I was posted to my new office with official apartment, I was so happy with my organization but I didn't know the mattress on the bed was the one that will deprive me of sleep. The first one month, I could not have my sleep properly due to the mattress. What happened is that the person contracted to furnish the apartment decided to cut corners and ended up putting fake materials in the place. For the sake of my sleep which is precious to me, I checked for best 100% cotton mattress around and I discovered Una Mattress. I bought it and started using it and never had complaints again. Firm mattress, heavy, non-washable cover
I bought a new firm mattress from this company recently and I have to say, following their recommendation of putting the firmest layer on top and the softest at the bottom was spot on for me. However, I do have to admit that the mattress is really heavy to move around on my own, which is a bit of a hassle. Also, I was a bit disappointed to discover that the cover isn't washable - I tried washing mine in cold water and it ended up shrinking because it got a bit mouldy sitting on the floor before the bed frame was ready. I had to end up buying a new cover. But, despite these issues, overall the comfort of the mattress is now absolutely top-notch.
Una Junior mattress
I've just bought a Una Junior mattress for my son and it's been really great. The quality and comfort are top-notch. Ordering it was easy, even for someone like me who's not great with technology. The delivery and service were excellent, everything went smoothly and quickly.

I'm really sorry to say that this company is a total nightmare. They've gone bust, leaving loads of us customers in the lurch, ripped off and out of pocket. The way they've behaved is just shocking, with no honesty or integrity in sight. Steer well clear!
Mattress that changed my life
Oh my god, I had no idea that getting a new mattress could make such a difference to my sleep! I was really nervous about buying it without trying it first, but then the team told me about the 100-night trial and that convinced me. When the mattress arrived, setting it up was a breeze thanks to the video on the website. The change in my sleep quality is absolutely incredible, it's like night and day (pun intended!). Soft layer swap
The mattress and customer experience were really good, but we thought the softest setting was a bit too firm for our taste. So, we decided to change the soft layer for an extra soft one, but we had to pay extra for postage. The mattress is modular, which makes it simple to carry the foam layers upstairs one by one. However, getting the layers to line up perfectly can be a bit tricky because of the modular design, though it's not a big deal. The natural latex material is pricey but totally worth it for the great sleep it gives us.

They didn't even give me a refund, just said they're having staff problems. It seems like they've shut down for good, leaving me empty-handed. Mattress quality issue
The mattress ended up sinking after just 11 months of use, even though it was supposed to be top of the line. I weigh only 9.5 stone, so I really shouldn't have been having problems with it so quickly. I started getting backache, and when I checked, it was pretty obvious that there was a big dip in the middle. Sorting out the issue and getting a refund turned into a real nightmare - it ended up taking a total of 2 months! The whole ordeal was incredibly stressful, and to top it off, they deducted nearly 10% from the refund. The company's lack of urgency and poor customer service was really disappointing.
Kids mattress purchase
The children's mattress I bought turned out to be a good purchase. It's great for kids, but I did struggle a bit putting it together because there are 2 mattresses with different firmness levels, and they are quite flimsy and heavy. It definitely helps to have an extra pair of hands to make the assembly easier. I also got the mattress topper, which I found to be a bit too squishy and not as firm as I had hoped. If you like a firmer bed, I wouldn't suggest it.
