I needed a new mattress because my lower back had been niggling me for months and, frankly, after a couple of cheap sprung mattresses and one rock-hard memory foam disaster I was fed up. I ordered the king deluxe partly because of the two-sided configurability — seemed like a good idea for our different preferences — and partly because I wanted something that wouldn’t flatten after a year. Delivery took a bit longer than the 20 working days they advertise (ordered mid-February, arrived late March), which was annoying, but it wasn’t catastrophic. What I did find a bit sloppy was the lack of regular updates; I had to nudge customer service a couple of times. That said, Lucy on web chat was consistently helpful and speedy with replies (honest, she made the delay easier to live with). The moment I really knew this mattress was worth it came on the second morning, when both my partner and I woke up and just sat there for a moment, surprised we weren’t stiff. We’d swapped the layer order overnight from Firm/Soft/Medium to Firm/Medium/Soft and that turned out to be the sweet spot for us. It wasn’t dramatic — no fireworks — but it was a proper relief, you could tell straight away. Assembly feels well-made; you can pick up the solid build and the materials are obviously higher grade than what we’ve had before. I was concerned about feeling the join in the middle on a king size with two different settings, but after a few nights it’s not an issue at all — you can lie smack on the seam and there’s no awkward ridge or sudden drop. The latex is springy yet supportive, it moulds around shoulders when you’re on your side and props up the lower back when you’re on your back. The zoned support does seem to be doing its job. It’s not perfect — the initial wait and slightly patchy communications annoyed me — and obviously three nights is no long-term proof. But quality feels there, comfort arrived fast, and I can genuinely see this lasting. I’m planning a proper 100-night test in my head (and in practice), but for now I’m relieved and satisfied — which, given my back and past buys, is a decent result.
A solid buy, with a few small grumbles
pretty pleased overall, though the process wasn’t flawless. I ordered in mid-February and only really started sleeping on it late March, so it took longer than I expected. That annoyed me for a bit, but the mattress itself has been worth the wait so far. I’ve had it three nights and already feel like I made a good choice, which is a relief. First night impression was a mix of curiosity and slight scepticism. It looked and felt well made straight away. The second night I swapped the layers around and by night three we’d found the combo that actually works for us. So yes, happy that the initial feeling held up after a couple of changes.
I’ll try to explain why. The build feels premium. You can tell in the seams and the materials when you’re handling it. It’s springy in the way latex should be, but it’s not just bouncy — it actually cradles shoulders and hips when you’re on your side and gives enough lumbar support when you lie on your back. The zoned sections do what they promise; there’s a noticeable difference where support is needed and where it should be softer. We were worried about the join down the middle of the king size, since both sides can be configured differently. After sleeping smack on the join a few times, I can say I don’t notice it at all. That was one of the things that would have made me return it quickly, so that concern is gone.
Customer service was a bright spot. I pinged their web chat a few times because I wanted updates and had a couple of questions. Lucy was consistently helpful and quick to reply. Properly good, actually. Communication about the order status could be better overall — I would have liked routine updates rather than having to ask — but when I did get in touch, the answers were solid. Delivery was a week or so later than the advertised timeframe. Not ideal, but not catastrophic either; I can accept a short delay for a product that feels like this. Price-wise it feels fair. I’m grateful it worked out. I’ll keep testing it over the coming months, but for now it’s comfortable, well made and probably worth the money.Una Junior mattress

Quick purchase
I recently bought something from this company online and was surprised to get an email saying they had gone out of business. It's really annoying and inconvenient to say the least. I was hoping to get what I ordered, not a message saying the company is bankrupt. The way they have handled this is terrible - no communication, no transparency.
Soft layer swap
The mattress and customer experience were really good, but we thought the softest setting was a bit too firm for our taste. So, we decided to change the soft layer for an extra soft one, but we had to pay extra for postage. The mattress is modular, which makes it simple to carry the foam layers upstairs one by one. However, getting the layers to line up perfectly can be a bit tricky because of the modular design, though it's not a big deal. The natural latex material is pricey but totally worth it for the great sleep it gives us.
Adjustable mattress purchase.
The ordering process was really easy and straightforward, the delivery was on time exactly when they said it would be. We spent ages looking for beds that worked for me and my husband, but in the end, building them to our exact needs was the best solution. Now, we can't bear to get out of our super comfy bed in the morning because it's just so good. It's made a huge difference for me as I used to have trouble sleeping, but now I can finally relax and get a good night's rest. And on top of all that, my husband's snoring has decreased a lot - or maybe I've just gotten used to it! I've been telling everyone I know about how great our adjustable mattress is.
Firm mattress, heavy, non-washable cover
I bought a new firm mattress from this company recently and I have to say, following their recommendation of putting the firmest layer on top and the softest at the bottom was spot on for me. However, I do have to admit that the mattress is really heavy to move around on my own, which is a bit of a hassle. Also, I was a bit disappointed to discover that the cover isn't washable - I tried washing mine in cold water and it ended up shrinking because it got a bit mouldy sitting on the floor before the bed frame was ready. I had to end up buying a new cover. But, despite these issues, overall the comfort of the mattress is now absolutely top-notch.
Organic mattress worth it

Mattress quality issue
The mattress ended up sinking after just 11 months of use, even though it was supposed to be top of the line. I weigh only 9.5 stone, so I really shouldn't have been having problems with it so quickly. It's great for kids, but I did struggle a bit putting it together because there are 2 mattresses with different firmness levels, and they are quite flimsy and heavy. It definitely helps to have an extra pair of hands to make the assembly easier. I also got the mattress topper, which I found to be a bit too squishy and not as firm as I had hoped. If you like a firmer bed, I wouldn't suggest it.
