Next day delivery delay
I was a bit annoyed with my recent purchase because I paid for next day delivery but it arrived three days later. The delay in delivery really affected my overall experience with the brand. Other than the late delivery, I had no problems with what I bought.

I recently bought a phone online and paid for next day delivery, but it didn't arrive on time. The tracking info said it wasn't sent out until late, causing a delay. When I got in touch with customer service, they weren't sorry about it and said next day delivery wasn't an option, even though I had paid for it. It was really let-down not to see them take responsibility for the mistake. I think when you pay for a certain service, you should actually get it, and this time they didn't deliver on that.

Xmas gifts - damaged packaging
I bought two hair curlers as Christmas presents, but was really let down when they turned up with the boxes all ripped and battered. It wasn't the way I wanted to present them as gifts. Recent order experience
I recently bought something from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the customer service and the whole ordering process. This was my second time ordering from them, and it was even worse than the first time. They called me about my order, which included a big electrical item. I asked if I could cancel one of the items, but they said no, even though the order hadn't been confirmed yet. It was really annoying and made me wonder how well their systems actually work.
