Fridge Freezer
I'd been keeping an eye on this item for a while and finally decided to go for it. It was in stock and arrived on time, just as they said it would. The delivery company did a great job, getting the heavy item to the back of the building without any problems. All in all, really happy with my purchase.
Incorrect items delivered, late delivery, poor customer service
I bought something from your website recently, but I got sent the wrong items. And to top it all off, the delivery was late which caused me a lot of hassle. I had to phone your customer service team multiple times to try and sort it out, but nothing has been fixed yet. On top of all that, the items weren't even collected on the day we agreed on, making everything even more delayed. All in all, I'm not happy with the service I've got so far.
Trainers purchase
I bought a pair of trainers from this website not long ago and chose the click and collect option at a nearby garage. Ordering them was easy and handy because I didn't have to hang around waiting for a delivery. However, when I tried the trainers on, they turned out to be too small, so I had to send them back using the Collect service again. Even though it was a bit of a hassle, I was pretty impressed with how quickly and smoothly the return was processed. All in all, I'm happy with my experience on this website and would definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
broken appliance

Dyson vacuum cleaner purchase
I recently ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner to be delivered to my local pick-up point. But when I looked at the delivery status, it said that it had been refused and sent back to the company. I was really disappointed by this because I was really excited about getting the product. The fact that there was no communication or explanation about why it was refused just made me more frustrated. I had to get in touch with customer service a few times to try and understand what had happened, which was a bit of a pain. All in all, the whole experience just left me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced.
BNPL purchase
The company was really great at giving me honest and helpful advice when I was buying things using the BNPL method, which I think is the best way to shop without worrying about interest. The service they provided was top-notch, and I really valued the guidance they offered me.
Lego purchase
I wanted to give some feedback about the Lego set I bought from your company. When it arrived, I was a bit disappointed with how it was packaged. The pieces were all over the place and mixed up, which made me think they had been treated roughly in transit. I think more care should be taken when packing delicate items like this. It was a shame to get my order in that state because it kind of spoiled the fun of getting a new Lego set.

Cancelled order issue
I've been having a nightmare dealing with customer service after my order was cancelled but still showing as delivered on my account. My spouse, who usually deals with these things because of my hearing impairment, managed to sort it out on the first few calls. But since then, we've just been getting unhelpful responses. Today they said my spouse's authorisation had expired so they couldn't help any more. It's been so frustrating and annoying, I'm at my wits' end. It's not fair that there aren't better ways to communicate, especially for people like me with hearing problems.
Refunded 2 out of 3 items
You know what? I returned three things in one package, but they only gave me money back for two. Can you believe that? Then when I phoned customer service to fix it, they said it would take 8 whole days to sort out. Are they having a laugh? I don't have cash to burn, I need my refund right away!
Missing item
I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but I have to say I'm getting pretty annoyed with getting the wrong stuff in my orders. It's so frustrating to think you're getting one thing and then find out it's not there or it's the wrong thing. It's happened a few times now, and I'm starting to run out of patience.

Very is a great company that has loads of different products from lots of departments. What I really like is that I can buy fancy things and pay for them without any extra charges over time. It's made it much simpler for me to get nice things without having to find all the money straight away. I've been really happy with the choice of stuff they have and how easy it is to shop with Very. I'd definitely tell my friends and family to check them out.

I've been a customer of this place for a long time and it's always been top-notch. The only downside is dealing with returns and waiting for my refund, and the online account can be a bit tricky to navigate, but hopefully they'll improve that soon. Nevertheless, I always choose to shop here for all my needs, it's great!
Return process
I was pretty happy with my shopping on Very at first, but things went downhill when I had trouble tracking my return and getting my money back. Even though the tracking number showed my return had been received, it didn't show up on my account. Plus, I wasn't told when I'd get my refund. This lack of info and communication made the whole thing annoying and not great. It would be a lot better if Very sorted out their return info and made getting refunds easier for customers.
Perfume purchase
I was so chuffed to get my perfume so quickly, it was all wrapped up nicely and arrived 5 days earlier than I thought. Big thanks to the team for being so speedy with my order. Bless you all.
Wrong item delivered
I was absolutely gobsmacked by how useless the delivery driver was. I mean, they not only dropped off the wrong thing at my place, but they also just left it in the garage without even trying to give me a heads-up. And to top it all off, there wasn't even a packing slip, so I had to spend ages on the phone with customer service trying to fix things. Now I'm stuck having to make a trip to the store to return something that I didn't even want in the first place. It's just not on, is it?
Next day delivery delay
I was a bit annoyed with my recent purchase because I paid for next day delivery but it arrived three days later. The delay in delivery really affected my overall experience with the brand. Other than the late delivery, I had no problems with what I bought.
Phone handset with next day delivery
I recently bought a phone online and paid for next day delivery, but it didn't arrive on time. The tracking info said it wasn't sent out until late, causing a delay. When I got in touch with customer service, they weren't sorry about it and said next day delivery wasn't an option, even though I had paid for it. It was really let-down not to see them take responsibility for the mistake. I think when you pay for a certain service, you should actually get it, and this time they didn't deliver on that.
