Chatsworth Vanity Unit
I put in a request as my client wanted the Chatsworth unit without the full width basin as they wanted to have a bowl on top. An agent sent a link to the exact item showing the unit with a top. Perfect, so ordered it and when it arrived unlike the picture it had no top. Put in a query and every answer di not even look at the picture or attempt to answer the question but simply stated I could return it. Product looks OK if I can get the top, but customer service is extremely poor so take care and seek clarification before ordering. I am now left with the right unit and seeking to find a top.
Shower kit
Stay away from this company. They advertise their products as high quality but it is all cheap plastic. I've ordered products for £1300 and had to return 1 item which wasn't even opened. I took the photos before I sent it back and it was all in original packaging. They are saying that the return arrived damaged although they've provided the photo of the item in the box when it's arrived and there is no sign of damage. I only found out now that it's a regular practice of this company as they re-pack and resell the products so very likely that my item was absolutely fine but they are trying to make extra money by not processing refunds. Very disappointed. I regret buying from this company and will never recommend it to anyone .
Bathrooms
I am so disappointed with this company. I have ordered thousands of pounds of their products and after sending 1 item back, unopened, I am still waiting 2 months later for a refund of £49.95. I have contacted them several times via email with the standard response of we are currently very busy, please be patient. To add insult to injury it cost me £9 to have it sent back recorded delivery to make sure they received the product. Buyers beware, products are good but if you need a refund, do not hold your breath.
Excellent products, no price issue
..Very good fittings, this is not just being a buyer of bath room fittings . Whenever I see these items I appreciate Victorian for nice collection.
Showers, basin ,taps and vanity unit , everything is perfect and price is very much acceptable.
