    Replacement order for a bathroom tap

Even though they missed a couple of my calls, the messages they left me were really clear and kept me informed about my replacement order.     Toilet seat purchase

    I ordered a toilet seat online and everything seemed fine at first. However, when I finally opened it weeks later, I realised that a crucial part was missing! I was quite surprised by this unexpected turn of events. So, I decided to reach out to their customer service through the website chat. I had a chat with a guy called James Cosgrove, who turned out to be a real hero! He went above and beyond to assist me, even though I didn't have all the necessary details like the order number or model number. James managed to organise a replacement seat for me, which was a pleasant surprise! I was truly impressed by his exceptional customer service skills. James is definitely a valuable asset to the team at Victorian Plumbing. They should be proud to have him onboard!

    Hudson Reed Natural Oak 1700 Front Straight Bath Panel

    I was really disappointed with the Hudson Reed Natural Oak 1700 Front Straight Bath Panel I bought. It just didn't look right - the streaks were going the wrong way and it didn't resemble real wood at all. Plus, it was too heavy and awkward to handle for a bath panel. In the end, I decided not to use it and went for a cheaper ply alternative that I oiled myself, and it looks so much nicer in my bathroom. I've actually decided to give away the Hudson Reed panel because it didn't meet my standards in terms of quality and how it looks.

    Broken cabinet replacement

    I had to give a call because my cabinet was all busted up. I spoke to this lovely lady called Courtney Gregory. She explained all about the new cabinet they were going to give me and even sorted me out with a fiver off a new tap! She said it would arrive on Monday and it actually did! So fast and simple, thanks a lot!

    Bathtub and bathroom accessories

    I bought a new bathtub and some bits and bobs for the bathroom from this company not long ago. Bit of a bummer, the first delivery had some damage and my second order didn't show up the next day like they promised, even though I shelled out extra for express postage. But credit where it's due, the customer service lot were really quick off the mark in sorting out refunds each time. Despite these hiccups, I've shopped here loads of times before and I've always been happy with what I've got.

    Damaged shower tray replacement

    I had a bit of a problem with a shower tray I got from this company - it was damaged. But, I have to admit, their customer service guy, Luke Kenny, was a real star. He sorted out the issue quickly and without any fuss. It was annoying that the item was damaged, but Luke made sure to fix everything smoothly. I really liked how he handled the situation - very efficient and professional.

    Replacement toilet set purchase

    I recently had to find a new toilet seat for my Arezzo Traditional range, and I was finding it hard to understand all the different options available, especially when it came to sizes. So, I decided to ask for some help using the webchat feature and I got through to Aidan. Aidan was really quick in replying, he managed to help me find the exact part I needed, and he even suggested a few upgraded options that might suit me better. After chatting with Aidan for about 10 minutes, I placed my order and now I'm hoping it will arrive soon and in good condition.     Bathroom purchase, wrong item received

    I recently bought something for my bathroom from this company, but they sent me the wrong size side panel for my shower. It was a real pain to sort out because they don't have any phone numbers for customer service. I had to use their Live Chat instead, which was really annoying. It took me about 8 tries to actually manage to finish a chat with them because I kept getting cut off. What should have been a quick 5-minute phone call ended up taking over an hour on Live Chat.

    We were a bit gutted when the tap we ordered turned up all bashed in, but we got in touch with customer service by email and our problem got sorted quick smart. A lovely lady called Imogen Nesta helped us out and organised a new tap to be sent over, which arrived in mint condition not long after. Even though things didn't start off great, the company's prompt response and Imogen's assistance were top-notch. We'd definitely think about buying from them again down the line.

    Big up to Neve Doran for sorting me out when I made a mistake with my order. They were really professional and even asked for suggestions on how they could do better. Turns out, I got the wrong parts, but they were so helpful in sorting it out and getting the right ones for me. The delivery came bang on time, and they kept me in the loop the whole way.     I was really looking forward to receiving my order the next day, but to my surprise, it didn't arrive as expected. I was quite disappointed and confused.     Thermostatic valve replacement

    I had a bit of trouble with a dodgy thermostatic valve in my shower, even though it was only a few months old.     Replacement item for damaged purchase

    I needed a replacement for something I bought that arrived damaged, and I was so happy with the customer service I got from Fran Clover. She sorted it out quickly and in a really helpful way, which I thought was great. Then, not long after, Jake Hall quickly got my refund processed in just two days, which I thought was really efficient.     Chatsworth Vanity Unit

    I put in a request as my client wanted the Chatsworth unit without the full width basin as they wanted to have a bowl on top. An agent sent a link to the exact item showing the unit with a top. Perfect, so ordered it and when it arrived unlike the picture it had no top. Put in a query and every answer di not even look at the picture or attempt to answer the question but simply stated I could return it. Product looks OK if I can get the top, but customer service is extremely poor so take care and seek clarification before ordering. I am now left with the right unit and seeking to find a top.
