I've bought stuff from this company a few times now and I've always been happy with the service. They've always delivered my orders on time and the packaging is good too. One thing to mention is that I didn't always get an email when my order was dispatched, but you can just check your account on their website for that. The products they sell are really good quality and I've never had any problems with either the company or what I've bought.
Electrolyte drink for hydration and salt intake
I've recently come across the electrolyte drink from Vidrate and I must say, I absolutely love it! I was told to up my water and salt intake due to a medical condition, so I thought I'd give electrolyte drinks a go. I tried another brand at first, but the salty taste was too much for me. Yet, when I tried Vidrate, I was pleasantly surprised. This drink tastes just like a regular soda, with no strange aftertaste or saltiness. Since incorporating Vidrate into my routine, I've been able to drink more water and I'm feeling so much better than I have in months. I particularly like the range of flavours they offer - orange & peach and watermelon & raspberry are my favourites. What's great is you can mix these drinks with hot or cold water, or even milk, for a versatile drinking experience. They're also perfect for making ice lollies and ice cubes for the summer. The handwritten thank you notes in each order are a nice personal touch and show that the brand really cares about its customers. Even the kids drinks from Vidrate are a hit in my house. They taste just like blackcurrant dilute, so the kids get their vitamins without even realising it. Overall, I highly recommend Vidrate to anyone looking for a tasty and nutritious way to stay hydrated. I'll definitely be a lifelong customer.

Didn’t send the item messaged them to advise this basically told well I have to pay again to ship the item to me customer service is very poor seems like they have an attitude Paige is very unhelpful asked for manager to message me instead and from then I’ve been totally ignored
Lies from them again trying to defend their negligence the address was correct on both parcels I included the door number and yet they say 1 parcel had the door number and the other one different.

Never used it before although I heard a lot about Vidrate and I decided to give a trial. I was pleased by my first purchase that I had to try again the second time to really confirm if I actually did like and the experience never changed. I had since moved to monthly subscription and I am liking it including my household. However, two things the company should work on are the sweetener which could be overwhelming and the bottle that leaks when shaken. For me, outside the two, every other aspects is quite okay including ordering, payment and delivery. Not forgetting customer care service department that is active and responsive. I highly recommend Vidrate to others.
