Bought a gadget that looked promising but arrived with a cracked screen, so I couldn't even really try it out. It felt light and a bit cheap in the hand, which I might've forgiven if customer service had replied — but I've been chasing a return label for two days. Calls unanswered, emails and chats ignored. A shame, because it could've been useful; hope they fix aftercare soon.
