Vintage football shirts
I was so impressed with the great customer service I received from the team - they were really friendly and quick. My shirts arrived really quickly and I'm really pleased with everything. I'd definitely recommend this store to any football fan looking for some old school shirts.
West Indies cricket shirts purchase
I bought two West Indies cricket shirts not long ago, but when they arrived, one of them had a blue ink stain on the back. I contacted the seller about this problem, but they didn't respond to my messages at first. Eventually, they told me to send the shirt back in order to get a refund. They said they would also refund the postage cost and advised me to use the cheapest tracked option.
I did as they instructed, but when I received my refund, the postage cost wasn't included. I tried to follow up on this issue with several emails, but unfortunately, they have all been ignored. This experience has left me feeling let down and irritated. Just a word of caution - if you ever need to return a faulty item, don't take promises for granted.Puma Football boots

...AVOID! - Substandard / fake goods sold...
We purchased two pairs of football boots from this company. Both malfunctioned with the sole of each boot deteriorating within 5 times of use. We have written to the owner / manager Tomas who has refused to give us a full refund despite the fact we sent the boots back as requested. We have written / called their offices leaving several messages without reply - clearly Tomas is avoiding us
Having got a qualified second opinion as to why the product malfunctioned, it appears this company purchases sub-standard quality products (not from the manufacturer).

A shirt I have tried for years to find, vintage had a brand new in bag shirt. Prompt delivery and item was exactly as advertised. Overall a very positive experience
BVB shirt and AC Milan shirt
Quick delivery - the BVB shirt is amazing and I’m very happy with it - The AC Milan shirt had an issue and I got a refund very quickly. They buy shirts off people so mistakes like this can happen and they fixed it. Very happy customer
2007-08 As Roma Away Shirt (De Rossi Number & name set)
Bought a jersey for £94.99 (paid in full) and when it arrived it was clearly a counterfeit (order number 000021976). I called VFS and we agreed on a refund over the phone (28th Jan) with later confirmation by email.
To date I have received no refund only a badly taken screenshot saying that a refund of £2.28 was made via Paypal which "will take time to clear" - I paid £94.99 using my credit card, not Paypal. I have contacted them several times since and the customer service agent doesn't seem at all bothered.
Make no mistake, this is a website selling counterfeit jerseys which is being run by a con man and thief - I have essentially just been robbed.
I am now having to go through my bank to try and get a refund.
Do not buy from this scam site!!!!!!!! If I could have given 0/5 I would have!After leaving negative reviews on a few websites I did get a response from VFS (emails, calls, Facebook messages public & private). I now have proper confirmation that a refund was processed on the 28th January as agreed by VFS (photo evidence) - although I am still waiting on the refund to land into my bank account 9 days later. I have been able to remove the negative reviews on each of the other websites except for this one so I hope that this response will suffice - I want to fully retract my comments above.
The shirt was a counterfeit but I believe it was a genuine mistake on the part of VFS as they have informed me that shirt in question had been on the website since day 1, over 10 years ago.
However, I will say that had their customer service been better to begin with, I wouldn't have felt the need to do any of this. I paid for the shirt in full without any issues - it wasn't my fault that it was a counterfeit. I certainly won't be shopping there again but it hopefully my experience was a once off.
