I wouldn’t order here again, sadly. We needed matching rings quite quickly for our wedding after a bad experience elsewhere. Only one arrived, then the other size was suddenly unavailable. I returned the first ring as asked, but weeks of “it’s being shipped” messages led nowhere. They’ve now stopped replying, which is really disappointing.
A quick replacement didn’t fix the real problem
What got me was how much time this ended up taking over something that should have been simple. I ordered the Atlas ring for my husband well ahead of our wedding in July 2025, so there was no last-minute panic or anything. When it arrived, we genuinely liked it. It had the look he wanted, felt comfortable enough, and for a while I thought we’d made a decent choice.
