I recently ordered a few clothing items online from this shop. I got two pairs of petite shorts, two tops, and a cardigan. But when they arrived, I was really disappointed with the quality. The cardigan was too big and didn't fit like a petite size should. So, I had to send back the shorts and the cardigan. The return process was easy, but the postage cost was quite high at £1.99 each. In the end, I had to pay £6.97 just to return these items, which I think is too much. This whole experience has made me think twice about buying from this shop again in the future.
Return Policy
I've had a bit of a bad time with the return policy at this shop recently. Turns out, they charge per parcel for returns, which can end up costing quite a bit. What really got on my nerves was that you can't mix items from different parts of the shop in the same parcel, even if they're all in one order. It wasn't explained to me when I made the order, so I felt a bit tricked. Because of this, I won't be shopping at this store or any of its other brands again.
Recent purchases
I've bought some stuff from this shop recently, but to be honest, I've not been too happy with how things have gone. The first time I ordered, most of the stuff I wanted wasn't actually delivered, even though their website said it was available. I only got two out of several items, and even though I asked many times, they didn't give me back the money I spent on delivery. Their customer service wasn't much help, and I felt ignored and annoyed. I thought I'd try again and made another order, but then they charged me for returning stuff, which was a nasty surprise. Even after more messages back and forth with customer service, I didn't get a good explanation or any solution. In the end, I just gave up and paid for the return myself, deciding not to shop there again. It's a shame because I used to like this shop, but their bad communication and customer service have put me off.
Returns Portal issues
I've just gone through a really annoying time with the Returns Portal on this platform. I gave it a go several times, using the QR code, email, and even the chat box, but nothing worked. I tried really hard but just couldn't get the return process started. Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service on this platform.
wrinkly jackets and mixed up orders
This company is just terrible! I ordered some jackets and they arrived all crumpled and messed up. It's so annoying because they sent part of my order in one package and the rest in another, so I had to pay extra to return everything. It's so unfair and just really rubbish!
Refund query resolved promptly
I recently had to check on a refund that had been taking a long time. Thankfully, I spoke with a lady called Maria who helped me out. She dealt with my question quickly and properly, replying promptly and sorting out my worries in a very professional way. I was really impressed with how well she looked after me and how hard she worked to solve my problem. Thanks a bunch, Maria, for all your help!
Top and shorts
I was really looking forward to receiving my new outfit from that shop, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. I had ordered a lovely top along with a pair of shorts, but when my package finally arrived, the top was nowhere to be found. I tried to contact them via email, but they never bothered to respond to my messages. Then I attempted to reach out through messaging, but it took ages for them to reply each time. The whole thing left me feeling very annoyed and let down. All I wanted was the top I had ordered, not all this unnecessary stress!
Item return query
I emailed customer service for some help with returning a product I bought because I couldn't find the right link on the website. Maria S got back to me promptly and walked me through the steps, which helped me finally locate the return link.
Recent return experience
I had a bit of a rough time with a return at the store recently. I took back three items and had to keep chasing up the customer service team to get my refund. Finally got it yesterday after a lot of back and forth. The clothes I bought weren't up to scratch either, they've really gone downhill since the Wallis shops closed down. Used to love shopping there for most of my clothes, so it's a shame to see the quality drop like this.
trousers
The worst store I've ever shopped in !. I've been fighting for a few weeks for a refund for the returned pants but unfortunately Wallies won't give it to me. So at the moment I have neither pants nor money.
Jumpsuit and blouse
Delighted with packaging and prompt delivery. Unfortunately, the clothes were slightly too big and had to be returned.
However, the refund was in my account very quickly . I have been dealing with Wallis for a long time and have always been very pleased with the customer service team. I am really surprised at the negative reviews. I think Wallis is an excellent company to deal with.No refunds

There is no way of contacting this company , i have not received 2 different lots of refunds from them. Something stinks with this company. They use to be great. Anyone got any ideas how to get my money back.
