Jumpsuit and blouse
Delighted with packaging and prompt delivery. Unfortunately, the clothes were slightly too big and had to be returned.
However, the refund was in my account very quickly . I have been dealing with Wallis for a long time and have always been very pleased with the customer service team. I am really surprised at the negative reviews. I think Wallis is an excellent company to deal with.trousers
The worst store I've ever shopped in !. I've been fighting for a few weeks for a refund for the returned pants but unfortunately Wallies won't give it to me. So at the moment I have neither pants nor money.
No refunds
Have phoned customers service 17 times , no service but have been charged .32p per call. I have emailed 5 times but just ignored. There is no way of contacting this company , i have not received 2 different lots of refunds from them. Something stinks with this company. They use to be great. Anyone got any ideas how to get my money back.
