Not impressed — unclear pricing cost me extra. My decorator said we needed six rolls, so I ordered based on the site price, assuming single rolls. It turned out the price was for double rolls and I’d bought twice what was required. Returning three rolls cost me around 30% plus return postage, which was annoying. I’ve used other suppliers who either let you choose single or double or clearly say ‘price per double roll’. I should have checked, but the product page really ought to state it plainly to stop people making the same avoidable mistake. Annoyed, yes, but mostly disappointed at how easy this could be to fix.
Bit of a sting
I ordered what the ad promised as free samples, was looking forward to trying the texture and smell, but they charged me and then said samples were out of stock. No refund, no samples. Bit annoyed, though glad my bank caught the charge.
Lovely texture, tiny swatch
I loved the feel of the paper — proper textured and rich colours. Bit gutted my favourite pattern arrived as a tiny sample though. They offered a bigger swatch for another £25, which felt a bit off. Wish they included larger ones.

Worth the paper, not the returns
my husband had an accident and surgery so I never used the first pack. I sent the second back and they slapped a 30% restock fee on it, and because the first was past 30 days they wouldn’t accept it. I explained the situation and felt a bit dismissed. My tip: check return windows and contact them straight away. Product quality’s good, but the returns policy needs work.
A long haul with decent wallpaper but a messy return
this feels thinner than I expected — almost like thick craft paper rather than the textured vinyl I'd imagined. The pattern itself was fine from a distance, but up close it looked flat and a bit classroomy, if I’m honest. I’d ordered 13 rolls and had already booked a fitter, so I was in a hurry to decide.
